SYSTEM AND METHOD OF TILTING A TRACK LOADER BUCKET TO ACHIEVE DESIRED CROSS SLOPE
A track-type loader machine includes a main frame, laterally spaced track roller frames, an equalizer bar pivotally mounted to the main frame and attached to the roller frames, a work implement movably connected to the main frame by a plurality of linkages, and at least one cross-slope actuator which connects one of the roller frames to the main frame. The at least one cross-slope actuator is configured to tilt the work implement and the plurality of linkages in conjunction with the main frame relative to a pivoting axis of the equalizer bar.
Variable system pressure based on implement position
A hydraulic system for controlling an implement on a work machine may include a hydraulic reservoir, a hydraulic pump in fluid communication with the reservoir, a central valve in fluid communication with the pump and configured for controlling the implement, a pressure relief system arranged in fluid communication with the hydraulic pump and the central valve, and a controller. The controller may be configured for controlling the hydraulic pump, the central valve and the pressure relief system and selecting between operating the hydraulic system at a first pressure and a second pressure based on a factor relating to implement position.
Hydraulic System for an Industrial Truck
A hydraulic system (1) for an industrial truck, in particular an electrically operated, battery-powered industrial truck, includes a lift drive (2) to raise and lower a load handling device. The hydraulic system (1) has a first hydraulic pump (5) which is configured to supply the lift drive (2) with hydraulic fluid, and a second hydraulic pump (6) which can be switched on by means of a valve device (7) for the supply of the lift drive (2). The first hydraulic pump (5) and the second hydraulic pump (6) are configured as a hydraulic double pump unit (1) and the valve device (7) is integrated into the hydraulic double pump unit (10).
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes a machine body, a first hydraulic actuator mounted on the machine body, a first control valve that controls the first hydraulic actuator, a controller that controls the first control valve, and a second hydraulic actuator that is different from the first hydraulic actuator. When the second hydraulic actuator and the first hydraulic actuator are operated in combination, the controller reduces the amount of change in the flow rate of a hydraulic fluid supplied from the first control valve to the first hydraulic actuator with respect to changes in a manipulation amount to operate the first hydraulic actuator to a value smaller than that when the first hydraulic actuator is solely operated.

Tillage implement with gauge wheels having hydraulic down-pressure
A tillage implement has a frame with a center section and first and second outer wing sections hingedly attached to respective outer ends of the center section. Controlling a pressure in a secondary side of a hydraulic circuit enables adjustment of the downward pressure precharge provided by hydraulic cylinders based on a desired stiffness of the implement. Flow from a hydraulic supply through a pressure-reducing valve puts the downward pressure precharge on gauge wheels. Once this desired downward pressure precharge has been achieved, flow from the hydraulic supply is shut off and a check valve holds the pressure such that the hydraulic cylinders hold the gauge wheels in the desired position.
ROADWAY ENERGY GENERATION SYSTEM
An electricity generation system includes a treadle module embedded in a roadway in a housing configured perpendicular to traffic flow. The treadle module includes a treadle which moves between an at-rest position and an actuated position, an electric generator, and a hydraulic cylinder mounted within the housing and connected to the treadle. The hydraulic cylinder has a check valve. A hydraulic reservoir connected to the hydraulic cylinder by way of hydraulic conduit modulates hydraulic pressure in the electricity generation system. A method of recovering energy from automotive vehicles includes embedding the electricity generation system in the roadway and routing traffic flow over the treadle array such that the traffic flow repeatedly depresses the treadle stave. The depressed treadle stave actuates the generator to produce electricity. The hydraulic cylinder returns the treadle stave to its at-rest position.
FLOW RATE CONTROLLER AND DRIVE DEVICE
A flow rate controller and a drive device are provided with a first flow passage connected between an operation switching valve and an air cylinder, and that supplies air to and discharges air from a cylinder chamber of the air cylinder; a first flow rate adjustment part provided in the first flow passage; a second flow passage adjacent to the first flow passage; a pilot check valve provided at a point along the second flow passage; a second flow rate adjustment part connected in series to the pilot check valve at a point along the second flow passage; a pilot air flow passage, one end of which communicates with the operation switching valve and the other end of which is connected to a pilot port of the pilot check valve; and a third flow rate adjustment part provided in the pilot air flow passage.
