A facial beautifying and care apparatus includes a beauty bar (1) having an air supply passage (A), a negative pressure connecting hole (132), a conductive suction nozzle (15) and a first connection port (134); an EMS generation module (20) inside the beauty bar (1) electrically connected to the first connection port (134); an external negative pressure unit (6) separated from the beauty bar (1) and having a negative pressure driving control module (62) and a second connection port (637); the negative pressure driving control module (62) having an air supply tube assembly (66) with a negative pressure communicating hole (661); a communicating tube (7) communicating with the negative pressure connecting hole (132) and the negative pressure communicating hole (661); a conductive wire (8) connected to the first connecting port (134) and the second connecting port (637). Accordingly, the effects of facial skin firming, cleaning, beautifying and caring are achieved.

An unattended approach can increase the reproducibility and safety of the treatment as the chance of over/under treating of a certain area is significantly decreased. On the other hand, unattended treatment of uneven or rugged areas can be challenging in terms of maintaining proper distance or contact with the treated tissue, mostly on areas which tend to differ from patient to patient (e.g. facial area). Delivering energy via a system of active elements embedded in a flexible pad adhesively attached to the skin offers a possible solution. The unattended approach may include delivering of multiple energies to enhance a visual appearance.

Methods for treating skin and subcutaneous tissue with energy such as ultrasound energy are disclosed. In various embodiments, ultrasound energy is applied at a region of interest to affect tissue by cutting, ablating, micro-ablating, coagulating, or otherwise affecting the subcutaneous tissue to conduct numerous procedures that are traditionally done invasively in a non-invasive manner. Methods of lifting sagging tissue are described.

The present invention provides a device for rejuvenating a region of skin or mucosal tissue, comprising: a pulsed electromagnetic frequency generator; a plurality of electrodes in communication with the pulsed electromagnetic frequency generator and an RF tissue diathermy device. The electrodes apply the pulsed electromagnetic power and the RF tissue diathermy to the tissue, heating it such that one portion of the region of mucosal tissue is maintained at a predetermined temperature range T.sub.1 while another portion of the region of mucosal tissue is at least temporarily maintained at predetermined temperature range T.sub.2.

Some embodiments of the invention relate to an applicator for applying ultrasound energy to a tissue volume, comprising: an array comprising a plurality of ultrasound transducers, the transducers arranged side by side, the transducers configured to emit unfocused ultrasound energy suitable to thermally damage at least a portion of the tissue volume, each of the transducers comprising a coating thin enough so as not to substantially affect heat transfer via the coating to the tissue; and a cooling module configured to apply cooling via the transducers to prevent overheating of a surface of the tissue volume being contacted by the transducers.

[Problem] To provide a cosmetic mask which imparts effective stimulation to the appropriate position and has a tightening effect. [Solution] This cosmetic mask is worn on the face of a user, is able to cover at least the cheeks, and is equipped with a pair of simulators which impart electric or ultrasonic stimulation to a location corresponding to either the zygomatic muscle or masseter muscle of the user. The cosmetic mask may be equipped with a stimulator fitting unit for fitting the stimulators to a cheek position, and maybe constituted so that at least some of the stimulators are detachable. A cartridge for a high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) device and a piezoelectric linear motor are disclosed. By using the cartridge for a HIFU device according to the present invention, a transducer module is coupled to a piezoelectric linear motor driveable in water and embedded in the cartridge, heat generated when a conventional step motor is driven is fundamentally removed, an additional cooling fan is not needed, ultra-low power consumption and ultra-precise transfer can be realized, and thus an effective procedure can be performed. A device which utilizes low intensity extracorporeal shock therapy for purposes of treating soft tissue damage, cellulite reduction, or erectile dysfunction, to permit a simple, inexpensive, robust, home use solution which permits self-applied treatment for various parts of the user's body with a form factor, display, information, guidance, tutorials and training, marketing communication and purchase opportunities, viewing angle, timers, annunciators, sound attenuation, and payment options which provide an untrained amateur user with all tools and guidance necessary to properly, effectively, safely and affordably self-administer treatments.

A laser irradiation device for performing treatment on human skin includes a casing that includes a grip part and a barrel part; a laser oscillator that is accommodated in the casing and configured to generate a laser beam to be irradiated through the barrel part; a contact sensor unit that includes electrodes exposed at the end of the barrel part and a contact sensing unit configured to sense an electric current flowing through the electrodes; and a skin treatment unit that is detachably connected to the barrel part and is operated based on electric signals transmitted through the electrodes of the contact sensor unit.

Provided is a skin care device including a head part brought into contact with skin of a user, a battery configured to supply power for operation of the head part, a body part having a fastening portion provided at one end to which the head part is fastened and provided with the battery therein, and a cap assembly detachably attached to one end of the body part and forming an accommodation space configured to accommodate the head part, wherein the cap assembly includes a sterilization module disposed to irradiate ultraviolet light toward the head part when the cap assembly accommodates the head part.
