FASTENER STRUCTURE AND ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREOF
20220243753 · 2022-08-04 ·

A fastener structure and an assembly method thereof are introduced. The fastener structure includes a body and a fastener. The body has a limiting structure and is for assembling at a first object. The fastener and the body are movably assembled. The fastener has a limiting portion, which coordinates with the limiting structure to limit a movement stroke of the fastener, so as to engage or disengage the fastener with or from a second object. Thus, the body can be assembled with the first object and the fastener can be engaged with or disengaged from the second object so as to complete quick coupling and separation of two objects, further achieving effects of repeated quick coupling and separation.

PRECISION COUPLING
20220106971 · 2022-04-07 ·

A precision coupling for securing a component to an apparatus. The precision coupling includes a first coupling half for connection to the apparatus and a second coupling half for connection to the component. The first coupling half has a clamping lever configured for pivoting about a pivot axle, the clamping lever having at least one lateral flap with a first inclined tightening face. The second coupling half has at least one locking finger with a second inclined tightening face so that when the clamping lever is pivoted and the first coupling half and the second coupling half are placed against each other in an open position, the at least one lateral flap engages behind the at least one locking finger and the first inclined tightening face slides along the second inclined tightening face and to thereby pull the first coupling half and the second coupling half against each other in order to assume a locking position.

Lock

Provided is a lock, including a locking module and a driving module. The locking module includes a latch mounted on a first main body, an oblique pin ring gear mounted on a second main body and adapted to the latch. A radial thickness of the oblique pin ring gear changes continuously. A first slot is arranged on the latch. The driving module is used for driving the oblique pin ring gear to move in a circular motion, such that on the latch in a closed position the oblique pin ring gear clips to or separates from the first slot. The lock mechanism can realize inward or outward arcuate connection and planar connecting without finishing.

DAMPING ELEMENT HAVING BAYONET CLOSURE
20210310505 · 2021-10-07 ·

A damping element (1) has grooves (5) on its circumferential surface in the manner of a bayonet closure. The grooves (5) are open towards an end face (2, 3) of the damping element (1), wherein the grooves (5) or at least first portions (8) of the grooves (5) open towards the end face (2, 3) of the damping element (1) run substantially in the longitudinal direction of the damping element (1). Moreover, the grooves (5) have narrow points (10). Projections (11) in a recess (13) in a first body (12) can engage in the grooves (5) in order to secure the damping element (1) in the first body (12). By means of the bayonet closure, the damping element (1) can be fastened to the first body (12) and separated therefrom again with little effort. A fastening element (23) can fasten the damping element (1) to a second body in order to fasten the first (12) and the second bodies to one another in a vibration-damped manner.

Coupling member and coupling system, and a method for coupling two modules with each other, and an aircraft

A coupling member for coupling modules with each other. The coupling member comprises a coupling portion, which in turn has a coupling rim and at least two hook members disposed on the coupling rim. The coupling portion substantially corresponds in its outer contour to a spherical segment of a sphere with a predetermined spherical radius, wherein the coupling rim represents a circular disk of the spherical segment. In this case, an outer radius of the coupling rim is smaller than or equal to the spherical radius. The at least two hook members, in a lateral view, at least partially follow the outer contour of the spherical cap of the spherical segment. The at least two hook members are engageable with the hook members of a coupling portion of a second coupling member.
