The at least one unweakened receiving region of the securing element is configured to be braced against the spacers.

Disclosed herein is an apparatus for mounting hardware to a surface of a structure. The apparatus includes a main body with an upper surface, a lower surface, and an outer edge. The apparatus also includes a distal pad with an upper and a lower planar surface, the distal pad being attached to the main body by at least two torsional joints. The apparatus also includes an attachment device with a contact surface, the attachment device is mounted to at least one of the planar surfaces. The contact surface is for engagement with the surface of the structure. The at least two torsional joints and distal pad may be manually rotated to achieve maximal surficial contact between the surface of the structure and the contact surface of the attachment device.

Each of the mounting elements (11A, 11B) at least along half of the periphery (1A) of the lens member (1) are yielding elements relative to the base (7) and the lens member (1). The mounting elements (11A, 11B) have a lower Young's modulus than the base (7) and the lens member (1).
Component combination of at least two components and a method for producing a component combination joined in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner
A component combination of at least two components, which are joined at at least one joint, is provided. The component combination includes a first component, wherein a first joining element having a supporting section is pressed into a passage hole in the first component at the joint, and includes a second component, in which a fastening receiving section is formed at the joint, wherein the first joining element also has a fastening section, which engages in the fastening receiving section of the second component in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner. A method for producing the component combination is also provided.
