A respiratory mask system is provided. The respiratory mask system has a patient interface that is secured to a user's head by a headgear. The patient interface includes a seal, a frame and a gas delivery conduit. The frame is configured to secure the seal and gas delivery conduit together. The frame includes a recessed channel and/or headgear retaining features configured to connect the headgear to the patient interface. The frame can include an inlet collar that connects to a gas delivery conduit. The inlet collar can include bias flow holes. The headgear includes a top strap, a pair of side arms, a yoke and a rear strap. The yoke is configured to connect to the recessed channel of the frame. The top strap, side arms and yoke form an integrally formed closed loop. The top strap can include two portions adjustably connected to each other.

A releasable fastening device includes a socket, an engagement structure, and first and second lever arms. The socket is insertable into an opening of an object from a first side. The first and second lever arms are pivotably attached to the socket at respective pivot points and are slidably connected to the engagement structure. The fastening device moves between a mounting position where the fastening device is insertable into the object and a fastening position where the fastening device is attached thereto. The first and second lever arms have respective attachment surfaces, respectfully configured to engage a first engagement surface on a second side of the object in connection to the opening in the fastening position and a second engagement surface on the second side of the object in connection to the opening in the fastening position.

A releasable fastening device includes a socket, an engagement structure, and first and second lever arms. The socket is insertable into an opening of an object from a first side. The first and second lever arms are pivotably attached to the socket at respective pivot points and are slidably connected to the engagement structure. The fastening device moves between a mounting position where the fastening device is insertable into the object and a fastening position where the fastening device is attached thereto. The first and second lever arms have respective attachment surfaces, respectfully configured to engage a first engagement surface on a second side of the object in connection to the opening in the fastening position and a second engagement surface on the second side of the object in connection to the opening in the fastening position.

A handle with a fastening portion includes a body and a second fastening portion. The second fastening portion is provided on one end of the body, and includes a neck configured to be receivingly fastened into, assembled into or fitted with a coupling counterpart. MULTI-MOUNT ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
A multi-mount assembly disposed on a fastening structure that has a U-type rail is provided. The multi-mount assembly includes a main body having a quadrilateral rail, a positioning hole, and a passage. The quadrilateral rail is disposed along a periphery of the main body. The positioning hole is in a side of the main body facing away from the fastening structure. The passage is spatially communicated with a first edge and a second edge of the main body, in which the first edge is opposite the second edge. The main body is configured to enter an opening of the U-type rail of the fastening structure such that three sides of the quadrilateral rail are coupled to the U-type rail. The positioning hole is configured to enable a protruding element to pass therethrough.
