QUICK FASTENER, METHOD FOR CONNECTING TWO COMPONENTS BY MEANS OF THE QUICK FASTENER AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
A quick fastener by means of which at least a first and a second component are connectable to each other. The quick fastener includes a fastening bolt having a fastening thread of a first spiral direction, which is fastenable at the second component, and a compressible pretension element which is fastenable at the first component. The compressible pretension element includes a pretension thread at a radial inner side having a second spiral direction opposite to the first spiral direction, a hollow cylindrical thread element which is screwable with an outer thread at a radial outer side into the pretension thread of the pretension element having an inner thread at its radial inner side into which the fastening thread of the fastening bolt is screwable. At least a constructive rotation protection is provided between the hollow cylindrical thread element and the compressible pretension element. A production method for the quick fastener is further provided.
System for Tension at Least One Connecting Element
The present invention refers to system for tensioning at least one connecting element fastened to a component to be tightened, The system comprises at least one connecting element tensioning device having an engagement element connectable to the connecting element, and an actuating unit for translating a rotational movement applied to an actuating element into a translational movement of the engagement element relative to the component; at least one electric actuator for rotationally actuating the actuating element; and a control unit (CPU) for actuating the at least one electric actuator.
Grommet and method of use thereof
A grommet is at least partially comprised of a clear, rigid material is disclosed. The body of the grommet tapers from a proximal end to a distal end, allowing the grommet to be guided into a hole in a post of a handrail system. The interior of the body includes an longitudinal cannulation open to the exterior of the grommet via a helical cut in the surface, allowing for a wire rope to pass through. The grommet can be installed whether or not a wire rope has previously been passed through a railing post.
Arrangement of a First and a Second Component
The invention provides an arrangement of a first component and a second component, wherein at least the first or the second component is a fiber-reinforced plastic composite component. The first and second components are connected to each other so as to generate a clamping connection between the components via an expansion bolt which generates a clamping force creating the clamping connection and equalizes a creep behavior of the fiber-reinforced plastic composite component.

Hinged Building Shrinkage Compensation Device
A device for compensating for the natural shrinkage of building materials includes a hinged expander mounted on an elongate base plate. The base plate includes a plurality of spaced apart teeth on each longitudinal end that define a notch between each pair of adjacent spaced teeth. The hinged expander included two leafs that are joined at an apex in a hinged relationship. Each leaf has an outer edge configured for receipt within a notch in the base plate. Apex is biased in a direction away from the base plate. The teeth prevent outward movement of the leaf edges while permitting inward movement. The base plate is securely fastened to a first building member. A fastener is longitudinally fixed relative to a second building member and the apex of the hinged expander but not fixed longitudinally relative to the base plate and first building member.
DEVICE FOR TENSIONING A CONNECTING ELEMENT
The present invention refers to a device for tensioning a connecting element fastened to a component be tightened, comprising a fixation element for holding the connecting element; a support element for supporting the device against the component; and an actuating unit with a fluid chamber for receiving a fluid and a piston which is translationally guided in the fixation element. The actuating unit is configured for manipulating a volume of the fluid chamber by translationally actuating the piston so as to move the fixation element relative to the support element. The piston is coupled to the fixation element by means of at least one ball or roller screw.
IMPROVED BOLT APPARATUS
The invention relates to an improved bolt apparatus for installation, the improved bolt apparatus including, a bolt having a head, shaft and an end and the head of the bolt including an improvement means. The bolt also including an engagement means, associated with the shaft, between the head and the end of the bolt, for engaging with or into a surface where the bolt is to be installed. The improved bolt apparatus may be installed into a suitable hole in the surface, and the improvement means enables the type, kind, or characteristic of the bolt to be known and or the bolt installation to be adjusted within the hole. The invention also provides many variants thereon, and methods of use.

NONREVERSIBLE ANTI-BACKLASH NUT
A nonreversible anti-backlash nut comprises a first nut body and a second nut which are provided with internal threads, and a shrinkage ring which is capable of shrinking inwards in a radial direction and is disposed between the first nut body and the second nut body. Nut body chamfers are separately arranged on sides, connected with the shrinkage ring, of the first nut body and the second nut body. A shrinkage ring chamfer is arranged at a position, corresponding to the nut body chamfers, of the shrinkage ring. After the nut is assembled, the shrinkage ring provides a shrinkage force to push, via the chamfers, the first nut body and the second nut body away from each other, so that an axial clearance of the nut is eliminated. Compared with the prior art, the nut has a better and more uniform clearance elimination effect.
