Clip locking device
This invention provides a clip locking device including a first clip body, a second clip body, and a fastener. The first clip body has a protruding piece, the first clip body sliding fits with the sliding groove on the guide rail by the protruding piece. The fastener is mounted at the first clip body for pressing the first clip body tightly against the guide rail. The second clip body is detachably connected with the first clip body, the second clip body has a vertical sheet, the vertical sheet is used for connecting with the locking tongue. By the first clip body, the protruding piece, and the fastener, mounted the first clip body to the guide rail, and the position of the first clip body on the guide rail can be adjusted by adjusting the fastener.
Hose adapter
A hose adapter may include an outer tube, an inner tube, a hose connector, and a hose. An inner peripheral ring protrudes from the inner periphery of the outer tube while an expanding ring portion protrudes from the outer periphery of an end of the inner tube. The outer periphery of the inner tube further has a first peripheral recess, a second peripheral recess, and a first outer thread, and a first O-ring and a second O-ring are respectively disposed on the first peripheral recess and the second peripheral recess. The inner tube is inserted into the outer tube, and the expanding ring portion is abutted against the inner peripheral ring, and the first O-ring is coupled between the outer tube and the inner tube while the second O-ring and the first outer thread are adapted to pass through and be exposed out of the outer tube.
METHOD FOR COVERING A SCREW HEAD IN A SEALED MANNER
A method for covering a screw head of a screw which penetrates through a workpiece surface in a sealed manner by means of a viscous coating material is disclosed. The method includes the steps of applying a first strip of the viscous coating material onto the workpiece surface at a first inclination relative to the workpiece surface, the first strip of the viscous coating material, after having been applied, at most partially covering the screw head; and applying a second strip of the viscous coating material to the workpiece surface at a second inclination relative to the workpiece surface, the second strip of the viscous coating material, after having been applied, overlapping the first strip in such a way that the screw head is fully covered, the first inclination and the second inclination being opposite one another. The invention furthermore relates to an application system.
Structural Attachment Sealing System
A mounting device including a base having an open bottom, a longitudinal axis, and a linear guide on the base. The linear guide guides support hardware in linear movement along the longitudinal axis. An internal cavity is under the base for containing a sealant against and in cooperation with a roof when the mounting device is secured to the roof. An opening is though the base is for receiving a fastener when the mounting device is secured to the roof. The opening is in communication with the internal cavity. The linear guide extends beyond the internal cavity.
TELESCOPICALLY ASSEMBLED MECHANICAL CONNECTOR
A telescopically assembled, Merlin™ Family Connector is provided with one or more sets of threads on substantially matching frustoconical surfaces of a pin and a box of the connector. Strengthening means are introduced involving at least one of: a mechanical stiffening clamp interacting with an outside surface of the box or a mechanical stiffening clamp interacting with an inside surface of the pin. The stiffening clamps may include systems of arbitrarily oriented ribs and/or fairing surfaces. The said strengthening means may be essentially annular clamps that would have relatively regular shapes essentially conforming to the external or internal surfaces of the box or the pin, respectively. The above modifications can be introduced to traditional connectors and to connectors designed to transfer high torsional loads.
Anchor platform assembly
An anchor platform assembly for anchoring an object to a raised, generally flat roof-like structure, has an anchor baseplate having a top surface and a bottom surface, and an internally threaded blindbore extending at least partially from the top surface generally towards the bottom surface and fasteners for fastening an object to the anchor baseplate via its blindbore, and for fastening the anchor baseplate to a top surface of a roof-like structure. The assembly is especially intended for supporting, e.g., glass railings on balconies, terraces and flat roofs and for mounted solar panels on both flat and pitched roofs which provides strength and affords watertight performance.
Anchor bolt for adhesive anchor, adhesive anchor, and method for constructing adhesive anchor
An anchor bolt for an adhesive anchor or the like that can be caused to exert substantial tensile strength at a relatively shallow embedding depth. An anchor bolt for an adhesive anchor that is fixed via adhesive to an anchor hole formed in a fixed body includes: a head part that is inserted into a hole back part of the anchor hole; a shank part that is continuous with the head part and formed to have a diameter smaller than the diameter of the head part; and a sleeve part into which the shank part is inserted, the sleeve part extending from an opening part to the hole back part of the anchor hole and having a tip end thereof abutted onto the head part.
Thermal insulating screw assembly
A thermal insulating screw assembly includes a thermal insulating screw and a thermal insulating washer. The thermal insulating screw has a rotation head, a shank, and an external thread. A thermal insulating portion coats the rotation head and has a plurality of projections each of which is provided with a horizontal face, a vertical face, and an inclined face. The horizontal face is located at a top of each of the projections. The vertical face extends downward from the horizontal face. The inclined face extends inward and downward from the vertical face. The thermal insulating washer is positioned by the projections and has an axial hole which passes through the inclined face and the vertical face to the horizontal face, and is positioned on the horizontal face of each of the projections.
ZERO CAULK HYGIENIC SEALING STANDOFF
Hygienic standoffs to seal nuts, bolts, anchor brackets, and other mounting hardware used within tube and pipe hanger systems within industrial manufacturing facilities that require clean, sanitary, and sterile environments and more specifically to hygienic standoffs that do not require the use of caulk, adhesives, acrylic latex, silicone, polyurethane, rubber, or other sealing compounds. The hygienic standoffs instead seal to a pipe, tube, or other surface using an interlocking ridged seal of elastomeric material to form a watertight seal preventing the buildup of dirt, liquid, bacteria, and other contaminants.
IGNITION-SUPPRESSING DEVICES FOR SHIELDING FASTENERS, AIRCRAFT FUEL TANKS HAVING FASTENERS, SHIELDED BY IGNITION SUPPRESSING DEVICES, AND METHODS OF INSTALLING IGNITION-SUPPRESSING DEVICES IN AIRCRAFT FUEL TANKS
An ignition-suppressing device (100) for shielding fasteners (106) comprises a ribbon (102) and receptacles (104) that are spaced apart from one another along the ribbon (102).
