Nut integrated with bracket and method of manufacturing the same
A method of manufacturing a nut integrated with a bracket forms the nut formed integrally with the bracket or a slab base nut by using a plate material supplied between a punch and a die. The slab base nut includes a base plate and a boss extending from the base plate and including female-threads. The base plate and the boss are integrated into a single piece without welding trace.
Mounting assembly unit
A mounting assembly unit includes a mounting element (12) to be fixed by at least one fastening bolt (30). At least one mounting element passage opening (14, 16) is provided in the mounting element (12) for the passage of the at least one fastening bolt (30). A mounting aid unit (18a, 18b) associated with at least one mounting element passage opening (14, 16) is provided at the mounting element (12). The mounting aid unit (18a, 18b) associated with the mounting element passage opening (14, 16) has a mounting aid unit passage opening (22a, 22b), which is positioned aligned with respect to the mounting element passage opening, such that an edge area (28a, 28b of the mounting aid unit (18a, 18b), which edge area surrounds the mounting aid unit passage opening (22a, 22b), is arranged overlapping the mounting element passage opening (14, 16) in some areas.

Structural fastener
A U-shaped band to attach or snap a conduit or pipe to a slotted structural member. The U-shaped band includes a bottom portion, a first side having a first arm connected to the bottom portion; a second side having a second arm connected to the bottom portion thereby forming a U-shaped structure with the first and second sides. The at least one arm snaps into a slot of the slotted structural member when in an engaged position. The slotted structural member may be a strut or a receiver. The receiver has arms to engage and snap into curled ends or lips on sides of the strut and thus may adapt the band to the strut. Alternatively, the band may snap into suitably sized slots on the slotted structural member.
Spring nut with release
A spring nut for attaching a threaded object to a structure can include first and second arms extending from the base, and a wedge element. The wedge element can be configured to selectively operatively urge the first and second arms apart to release the threaded object from between the first and second arms.
Structural fastener
A U-shaped clamp to attach or snap a conduit or pipe to a slotted structural member. The U-shaped clamp includes a bottom portion, a first side having a first wing connected to the bottom portion; a second side having a second wing connected to the bottom portion thereby forming a U-shaped structure with the first and second sides. The at least one wing snaps into a strut ledge or a rolled edge of the structural member when in an engaged position. The structural member may be a strut or a receiver. The wings engage and snap into curled ends or lips on sides of the strut and thus may adapt the pipe clamp to the strut. Alternatively, the U-shaped clamp may snap into suitably sized strut ledges or a rolled edges on the structural member.
APPLIANCE MOUNTING ASSEMBLY
An appliance mounting assembly includes a mounting bracket with first and second distal arms that flare outward in opposing directions from an attachment body and couple to a panel. The mounting bracket includes a pair of coupling members that extend from the attachment body toward the panel surface and distal ends that curve inward toward one another. A self-clinching nut has an undercut, serrated clinching ring, and base. The undercut and the serrated clinching ring are disposed within an aperture defined by the attachment body. A ladder rack has first and second sides coupled via an attachment wall. The first and second sides define protrusions that engage the pair of coupling members in an interference fit. The attachment wall defines a receiving hole that aligns with the aperture. A threaded fastener extends through the receiving hole and engages the self-clinching nut to fasten the ladder rack to the mounting bracket.
PUSH-ON FASTENER
A push-on fastener for engagement on a cylindrical stud I disclosed. The push-on fastener comprises a body having oppositely facing first and second exterior surfaces and an outer marginal periphery. A central opening extends axially through the body between the oppositely facing exterior surfaces defining an inner periphery. A first resilient tab includes a first engagement edge and a second resilient tab includes a second engagement edge. The first engagement edge defining an inner periphery of the central opening and the second engagement edge defining a periphery that is outwardly of the inner periphery of the central opening.

Spring Nut
A spring nut for attaching a threaded object to a structure with reentrant lips. The spring nut can include a base, a first arm and a second arm extending from the base in a first direction, and legs extending laterally from the base. The arms can include a support portion, a structure-engagement portion, and a thread-engagement portion that can be configured to secure the threaded object against axial loading in a second direction opposite the first direction. Crumple zones in the support portions can deform upon loading of the threaded object in the second direction to cause the structure-engagement portion to be urged into the reentrant lips. Each of the legs can extend at a first angle from the base, toward the structure-engagement portions, to be disposed to contact an exterior surface of the reentrant lips of the structure when the first and second arms are received in the channel.
