A bicycle operating device for operating at least one bicycle component. The bicycle operating device includes a base member configured to be mounted on a bicycle handlebar that defines a handlebar axis and a first operating member rotatably supported on the base member about the bicycle handlebar when the base member is mounted on the bicycle handlebar. The first operating member is configured to be at least partially adjustably supported on the base member.

Spring assemblies with variable flexibility for use with push-cables and pipe inspection systems

Push-cables and associated apparatus and systems are disclosed. In one embodiment, a push-cable assembly for use with a pipe inspection system may include a push-cable element having a proximal end and a distal end, with a spring assembly having varying flexibility coupled to or near the distal end. The spring assembly may include an outer coiled spring having a proximal and a distal end, and an inner coiled spring nested at least partially within the outer coiled spring. A camera head and/or other elements such as a cutting or jetting apparatus may be coupled at or near the distal end.

BUTTON ASSEMBLY FOR SEAT POSITION CONTROL
20170334563 · 2017-11-23 ·

Button assemblies for controlling a seat position and for mounting on a seat panel are provided. The button assemblies may have a button housing having a portion that is configured to position over edges of an opening in the seat panel. One or more flexible retaining members integral to or attached to the button housing are configured to compress through the opening in the seat panel and expand therein positioned opposite an inner surface thereof upon insertion, securing the assembly within the opening.

SEAL STRUCTURE AND CONTROL CABLE UNIT
20170314609 · 2017-11-02 ·

A seal structure includes an insertion path which connects between a first opening and a second opening and through which a longitudinal member is inserted; and a seal part, formed at the intermediate section of the insertion path, which contacts with the outer circumference of the inserted longitudinal member. A discharge path is provided on a side wall section of the insertion path, and connects from the side surface of the side wall section to a section, of the insertion path, which is closer to an inflow opening through which flowing water is likely to flow than the seal part is to the inflow opening. The discharge path is structured in communication with a gap, formed between the outer circumference of the longitudinal member and the inner surface of the insertion path, which allows for inflow of flowing water along the direction in which the longitudinal member is inserted

MANUAL PARK RELEASE SYSTEM
20170314677 · 2017-11-02 ·

A park release system includes a park release handle assembly. The handle assembly comprises a base, a handle pivotally connected to the base, and a lock piece. The handle is pivotable between an open position and a closed position. The lock piece is uniquely designed to selectively lock the handle in open position and to release the handle and allow it to pass back to closed position after the handle is pulled from lock position.

The park release system may include a cable connector assembly. The cable connector assembly may comprise a first cable section connectable to a second cable section. The second cable section includes a housing having a slider within a passageway and below a flexible retention beam. The slider is configured to receive and connect to the cable from the first cable section.

Structure for fixing shift cable
