LINEAR MOTION GUIDE DEVICE
A linear motion guide device has a high rigidity, a good linear motion guiding accuracy, and as little rattling as possible. The linear motion guide device prevents sand, water or other contaminants from entering its actuator main body, and features low maintenance requirement. A linear motion member of the linear motion guide device includes is constituted by a plurality of axially divided segments. Each of these segments supports a plurality of guided members which make contact with two, mutually paired, guide surfaces of a housing. A preload can be applied between the guide surfaces and the guided member. The housing has a sealed structure, with a pressure inside the housing higher than an external pressure, for preventing external sand and water from entering the housing.

Cap of linear guide device and linear guide device
A cap of a linear guide device includes a receiving part configured to receive hitting of a hitting jig, a fitting part extending from the receiving part, having an outer diameter to be an interference with the counterbore part, and being press-fitted into the counterbore part, a foreign material receiving groove arranged at an outer circumference of the fitting part, and configured to receive a foreign material generated from the fitting part when the cap is hit into the counterbore part, and a gas discharge groove extending to reach an inside of the counterbore part from the foreign material receiving groove, with the fitting part being press-fitted into the counterbore part at the outer circumference of the fitting part, and configured to discharge a gas in the inside of the counterbore part to a foreign material receiving groove side.
Guide Device, Precision Support for a Linear Rail and Adjusting Method
The present invention relates to a guide device for a machine tool comprising a base body having at least one contact surface, a guide rail having at least one bearing surface and a guide axis, and a plurality of exchangeable support plates for positioning the guide rail on the base body.
BALL TRANSFER AND SEAL MEMBER FOR BALL TRANSFER EMPLOYING PILE SEAL MEMBER
To provide a ball transfer and a seal member for a ball transfer, a seal member is employed which is characterized in that it has a seal member employing pile fiber that, at a ball transfer having a main body which has a socket, an inner surface of which is a hemispherical concave surface, a plurality of ball bearings arranged at the main exterior socket, a primary ball, diameter of which is greater than that of said ball bearings and which is rotatably supported by the socket by way of the ball bearings, and a housing-like case which surrounds the main body socket and rotatably supports the ball bearings and the primary ball at a bearing portion thereof and which has a hole from which a portion of the primary ball is made to protrude at an upper surface of the primary ball socket.
ACTUATOR
An actuator is equipped with a body and a slider. Body side rail grooves are formed in side wall portions that constitute the body. On the other hand, slider side rail grooves are formed in the slider. Body side guide rails and slider side guide rails are provided in the body side rail grooves and the slider side rail grooves, respectively. Circular arc grooves serving as ball grooves are formed by body side ball receiving portions of the body side guide rails, and slider side ball receiving portions of the slider side guide rails.
