A clutch mechanism designed to be installed between an engine and a motor vehicle transmission, wherein the clutch mechanism includes at least one cooling duct arranged to make a cooling fluid circulate toward the clutch, wherein each cooling duct includes an axially extending part and at least one radially extending part, the axially extending part of each cooling duct is situated radially between a transmission shaft and an interior face of the clutch support, and at least one radially extending part of each cooling duct is situated axially between the support bearing and the output hub.
HIGH-SPEED PERMANENT MAGNETIC MOTOR ASSEMBLY
A high-speed permanent magnetic motor assembly generates a magnetic field to produce mechanical output power. The assembly comprises a motor, a motor housing, and a radial bearing block. A motor housing supports a rotor and the radial bearing block with a left radial aerostatic bearing, a right aerostatic bearing, and an axial thrust aerostatic bearing. The bearings are porous aerostatic bearings that use a low-viscous vapor-liquid two-phase fluid as a lubricant, which penetrates through a porous bushing. The liquid vaporizes from pressure reduction, and part of the liquid arrives at a clearance between each of the bearings and the rotor. The liquid of the two-phase fluid is vaporized during discharge along an axial direction from the bearing. This increases the vapor in the clearance, improve a bearing capacity, retain position accuracy of an aerostatic bearing, and cool the aerostatic bearings and the rotor.
BEARING ELEMENTS AND APPARATUS INCLUDING SAME
A bearing element for a bearing assembly has a body of polycrystalline diamond (PCD) material having a bearing contact surface, and a substrate bonded to the body of PCD material along an interface and having a free end surface. The substrate has a through-bore extending longitudinally therethrough, the body of PCD material having a portion extending through the through-bore in the substrate to at least the free end surface thereof, the substrate extending around the peripheral side edge of the portion of PCD material extending therethrough.
SEAL DEVICE
The concentration of a sealed fluid in the vicinity of a sliding face between a stationary-side seal ring and a rotating-side seal ring is prevented without increasing the number of components and without providing a large-scale external circulation device. A seal cavity includes a radial sliding bearing 11, 25 for supporting a rotating shaft 2, and a sealing means 4, 30 on the side opposite to a sealed fluid source of the radial sliding bearing 11, 25 in a rotation axis direction, for sealing a sealed fluid. Fluid introduction holes 20 are provided in the radial sliding bearing 11, 25 for connecting the sealed fluid source side and the vicinity of the sealing means 4, 30 on the high-pressure fluid side.
Wind turbine gearbox
The invention relates to a wind turbine gearbox (1) having at least one gearwheel (2) which is mounted on an axle (5), wherein a bearing point with a plain bearing (4) is arranged between the gearwheel (2) and the axle (5), and wherein, in the axle (5), there is formed a recess for the supply of a lubricant to the plain bearing (4). In the region of a contact surface of the plain bearing (4), a groove (18) is formed in the gearwheel (2) or an intermediate space (7) is formed between the plain bearings (4), which groove or intermediate space is connected via at least one connecting line (16) to the surrounding atmosphere.
