Provided is a sliding bearing having an improved circularity and having achieved an increase in contact area with respect to a holder. The sliding bearing 1 comprises a pair of an upper halved member 2 and a lower halved member 3 which are portions of a cylinder halved in parallel to an axial direction. The sliding bearing has an oil hole 24 penetrating therethrough in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the cylinder. An inner peripheral portion 24a of the oil hole 24 has formed a laser-melted portion 25 which is an area in which a change in property in comparison to the original material has been caused by the thermal influence of laser.

FLOATING JOINT AND ULTRASONIC VIBRATION JOINING APPARATUS

A floating joint includes a driving side coupling portion and a driven side coupling portion serving as first and second connections. A pressure adjusting structure in the floating joint is provided between the bottom surface exposed region of the spherical portion for contact and the bottom surface facing region of a fixing ring without a gap, and has elasticity. Therefore, the floating joint relatively firmly maintains the one-side spherical contact relationship, in which the top region of the spherical portion for contact contacts a part of the bottom surface portion of the frame body by the elastic force of the pressure adjusting structure.

Tapered roller bearing

An object of the present invention to provide a tapered roller bearing in which a flange portion is formed at a large-diameter end of an outer ring track surface of an outer ring, capable of providing high moment stiffness and long life without extremely decreasing its pure axial load capacity. The tapered roller bearing comprising: an outer ring 12 having an outer ring track surface 12a on its inner circumferential surface; an inner ring 13 having an inner ring track surface 13a on its outer circumferential surface; a plurality of tapered rollers 14 rotatably disposed between the outer ring track surface 12a and the inner ring track surface 13a; and a retainer 15 having a plurality of pockets for retaining the plurality of tapered rollers 14 at a predetermined interval; the outer ring track surface 12a of the outer ring 12 having a small-diameter end and a large-diameter end, the inner ring track surface 13a of the inner ring 13 having a small-diameter end and a large-diameter end, and, of these four ends, a flange portion 12b that protrudes radially inwardly is formed at the large-diameter end of the outer ring track surface 12a of the outer ring 12; wherein the tapered roller bearing has a contact angle greater than 35° and a roller angle not greater than 3.5°.

Multi-row rolling bearing

A multi-row rolling bearing having an inner ring and an outer ring and at least two axial rolling bearing rows for supporting axial forces between the inner and outer ring, wherein the two axial rolling bearing rows are seated on opposite axial sides of a radially projecting annular lug which engages in an annular groove and which is supported by means of the axial rolling bearing rows against the annular groove. According to the invention, at least one of the axial rolling bearing rows is formed as an angular-contact roller bearing with an angle of inclination of greater than 0° to at most 45°.

BEARING ASSEMBLY

A bearing assembly is proposed including a rolling bearing of which a bearing ring is fitted to the mating member, i.e., a shaft or a housing, with a clearance fit. Of the bearing ring and the mating member, the bearing ring has a flank face that separates a fitting surface of the bearing ring across the entire width thereof. The flank face defines a radial gap between the bearing ring and the housing. In a load receiving region where the radial gap remains, a portion of the bearing ring which is deformed in a wave-shaped pattern is kept out of contact with the fitting surface of the housing. The wave-shaped deformation of the bearing ring does not act as traveling waves that cause creep of the bearing ring.
