Construction machine

The invention provides a construction machine in which the load torque at the time of engine start-up can be reduced even when the engine stops against the will of the operator. A hydraulic excavator includes a control device (35) having a pump displacement control section (37) and an unload control section (38). The pump displacement control section (37) makes the displacement of a hydraulic pump (16) variable to a minimum displacement by controlling a regulator device (20) when the speed of an engine (14) detected by a speed sensor (41) becomes equal to or less than a preset low speed N3 at the time of driving of the engine (14). The unload control section (40) controls an unloading valve (24) to the open position at the time of start-up of the engine (14).

A transaxle for use as a drive apparatus of a vehicle is provided. The transaxle includes a main housing joined to a gear housing to enclose a transmission and a reduction gear set. The transmission includes a pump assembly and a motor assembly arranged in a parallel configuration on one side of a center section. A charge pump is contained within a pocket on an opposing side of the center section. A charge pump cover assembly secures the charge pump in the pocket and has a charge relief assembly that extends into a void volume defined by a ring gear of the gear reduction set. The gear reduction set drives an axle extending from the gear housing.

Tower lifting device for rotary blasthole drill

Disclosed is a tower lifting device for a rotary blasthole drill, comprising a hydraulic cylinder (5), an extending oil path (7), a retracting oil path (6), a speed control oil path (14) and a proximity switch (3), wherein the extending oil path (7) is connected to a non-rod-end chamber of the hydraulic cylinder (5), and an extension control unit is provided on the extending oil path (7); the retracting oil path (6) is connected to a rod-end chamber of the hydraulic cylinder (5), and a retraction control unit is provided on the retracting oil path (6); the speed control oil path (14) is connected to the retracting oil path (6), the speed control oil path (14) is connected to a speed control valve block (15) in series and the tail end thereof is connected to an oil tank (16); the proximity switch (3) is arranged on a tower supporting frame (2) for controlling the switching on and off of the speed control valve block (15), and when the tower (4) is approximately in a horizontal state, the speed control valve block (15) is on. By using such a tower lifting device in the present invention, the speed at which the tower is laid down to a horizontal state can be conveniently controlled.

FLUID PUMP

An electromagnetic actuating device for a torque transmission system includes a shell arranged around an axis X, the shell being fixed relative to the axis X. The shell includes walls defining an annular cavity which houses a coil and at least partially a plunger which is able to move axially along the axis X to actuate a coupling device.

Pressure assisted blowout preventer

A blowout preventer (BOP) includes a pressure driven operator that is equipped with a balancing circuit to offset pressure inside the BOP. The operator, which is used to drive a ram, includes a piston, coupled to the ram by an operator arm, and a balance arm on a side of the piston opposite the operator arm. Pressure from inside the BOP communicates to an end of the balance arm opposite the piston and exerts a force to drive the ram radially inward.

Compressed fluid motor, and compressed fluid powered vehicle

A compressed fluid motor comprising at least one solenoid valve, motor timing sensor, and controller for operating the motor.

Hydraulic transmission device

Hydraulic transmission apparatus (20) including a pump (24) having a variable cylinder capacity and feeding one or more hydraulic motors (26A, 26B), and a control unit (50). In the apparatus, the feed and discharge orifices of the motors are arranged in such a manner that, when the pressures at said orifices are equal, the outlet torque from the motors is zero. To make the apparatus inactive, without physically bypassing the motors, the control unit is suitable for operating the apparatus in a torque-free mode by regulating the cylinder capacity of the pump in such a manner that the pressures at said feed and discharge orifices remain substantially equal.

Hydraulic drive system of construction machine

An object to reduce a relief amount at the start of turning. A hydraulic drive system of a construction machine includes: a turning control valve disposed on a first circulation line extending from a first pump; a boom control valve disposed on a second circulation line extending from a second pump; first and second regulators, which change tilting angles of the first and second pumps; and a controller, which controls one or more solenoid proportional valves, which output a secondary pressure to the first and second regulators. While a turning operation is being performed, if a discharge pressure of the first pump is higher than a first setting value and a discharge pressure of the second pump is lower than a second setting value, the controller lowers first and second horsepower control lines that restrict discharge flow rates of the first and second pumps.

Construction machine

The construction machine includes: a control valve that switchingly supplies hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic pump to a hydraulic actuator; a control valve drive device that supplies pilot secondary hydraulic fluid to the control valve in accordance with an operation of an operation lever device; a pilot hydraulic pump that supplies pilot primary hydraulic fluid to the control valve drive device; a pressure accumulation device that recovers return hydraulic fluid returned from the hydraulic actuator. The construction machine further includes: a check valve provided in a line between the pilot hydraulic pump and the control valve drive device; a pressure reducing valve that supplied the hydraulic fluid accumulated in the pressure accumulation device; a flow rate reduction device; and a controller that controls the flow rate reduction device in accordance with the pressure in the line between the check valve and the control valve drive device.
