A method of preparing a multifunctional natural false eyelash glue, comprising the following operations: (1) adding in sequence a natural latex, water, ammonia, potassium hydroxide, tetramethylthiuram disulfide, zinc oxide, and ethylene glycol to a container in amounts according to a formula, and mix them evenly to obtain the multifunctional natural false eyelash glue.
