Disclosed is a brake system for a railway vehicle, including linings each having at least one positioning member for mechanically fastening the linings in a predetermined position on the system with respect to a disc of the vehicle and a bearing face for tightly gripping the disc under the action of an actuator of the system, and at least one return member for separating the linings from the disc in order to release it when the linings are freed from the action of the actuator; each lining has at least one fastening member formed on an edge, the return member has two opposite end lugs connected to one another by an elastic portion and each mechanically fastened with a the fastening member, and the system is configured such that the fastening members and the end lugs are situated at a distance from the at least one positioning member.

The invention relates to a braking mechanism (10) for an electric drive motor (1), in particular a drive motor (2) comprising an armature shaft (5) that protrudes from a motor housing (2); the braking mechanism (10) comprises at least one braking element (17) and an energy store, the energy store permanently applying a braking power to a frictional surface of the braking element. The braking mechanism (10) is characterized in that the energy store and the braking element (17) are made of the same material as a single piece.

A pressure plate for a friction coupling such as a clutch or brake system is disclosed in the present application. The embodiments further relate to a production method for a brake module of the abovementioned type. Known brake modules have a high variation in the braking force on the one hand in the course of their service life and on the other hand as a function of the temperature.

The wet friction member 1 of the invention includes a core plate 2 formed in a flat ring shape, a friction part 3 arranged in a ring shape. The friction part 3 has segment pieces including rectangular shaped G.sub.1 to G.sub.4: G.sub.1 in which a lower right corner of rectangular piece is notched; G.sub.2 in which an upper left corner of rectangular piece is notched; G.sub.3 in which an upper right corner of rectangular piece is notched; G.sub.4 in which a lower left corner of rectangular piece is notched. The friction part 3 has arrangements T.sub.1 and T.sub.2: T.sub.1 in which G.sub.1 and G.sub.2 are arranged in a manner a right side of G.sub.1 and a left side of G.sub.2 face each other; T.sub.2 in which G.sub.3 and G.sub.4 are arranged in a manner a right side of the G.sub.3 and a left side of G.sub.4 face each other.
HYDROXYAPATITE POWDER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
In order to provide a hydroxyapatite that can be used without reservation in the food industry, a hydroxyapatite powder is provided composed of primary particles. The median size of the primary particles from which the powder is made is >0.10 μm and the aspect ratio of the primary particles is <5. The specific surface area of the hydroxyapatite powder is ≤10 m.sup.2/g, and the bulk density is >550 g/l. Also disclosed is a method with which such a hydroxyapatite powder can be obtained.
