Conveyor Roller and Production Method
The invention relates to a conveyor roller for conveyor systems for conveying containers, pallets, piece goods, and the like. The invention further relates to a method for producing and balancing, in particular dynamic balancing, such a conveyor roller. The conveyor roller comprises a roller body having a roller axle, the outside circumferential surface thereof being a contact surface for conveyed goods or being wrapped about by conveyed goods, and a head element (100), an insertion section (110) thereof being inserted into a hollow end of the roller body, wherein a groove (200) is formed on an end face (120) of the head element (100) facing away from the insertion section (110), in order to receive at least one balancing weight (301-304).
BALANCE DEVICE FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
A balance device for an internal combustion engine includes a crankshaft and a balance shaft. The crankshaft includes a CS eccentric weight. The balance shaft includes a BS eccentric weight. A CS connected point deviated from the CS main shaft, and a BS connected point deviated from the BS axial shaft are connected with a connection rod. A CS connection mechanism that enables relative rotation of the crankshaft and the connection rod is provided at the CS connected point. A BS connection mechanism that enables relative rotation of the balance shaft and the connection rod is provided at the BS connected point. A guide section guides a motion of the connection rod so that the balance shaft rotates in an opposite direction to the crankshaft.
Weight Applicator Head Providing Improved Wet Out
A weight applicator including a weight applicator head and at least one actuator is disclosed. The weight applicator head is adapted to carry a wheel balance weight and has a weight application surface with a weight retaining region and a leading rotation region. The at least one actuator is coupled to the weight applicator head for manipulating the weight applicator head in at least one direction. The at least one direction has a radial component. The leading rotation region is oriented to extend radially further than the weight retaining region.
Device for attaching corrective weights by electric resistance pressure welding
Disclosed is a device for attaching corrective weights to a cylindrical outer surface of a rotor by means of electric resistance pressure welding, including an electrode (1) having a contact surface (20) for application against the rotor and comprising a supporting body (2) and a swinging body (6) having oppositely facing, congruent, spherical bearing surfaces (5, 8) suitable for abutting engagement with each other. The swinging body (6) is movably secured to the supporting body (2) such as to be able to perform limited swinging movements to all sides. A spring (14) arranged between the supporting body (2) and the swinging body (6) enables a gap to be produced between the spherical bearing surfaces (5, 8), whereby the contact surface (20) is in a position to align itself relative to the opposite surface of the rotor prior to pressure application by the welding force.
Balancing machine for balancing vehicle wheels
A machine for balancing vehicle wheels includes: a base frame; a balancing shaft on which a vehicle wheel to be balanced can be fixed; a rotoidal resting unit, fitted on the base frame and supporting the balancing shaft in a revolving way around its own axis; and motor elements for placing in rotation the balancing shaft around its own axis; wherein the balancing shaft includes at least a measuring section which is magnetized and subject to a stress condition due to the unbalance of the wheel revolving on the balancing shaft, in proximity of the measuring section being arranged magnetic field sensor elements which are suitable for detecting by magnetostrictive effect the stress condition of the measuring section and are operatively associated with at least one processing and control unit suitable for determining the unbalance of the wheel starting from the stress condition of the measuring section.
Robotic weight machine
A robotic press assembly configured to apply force to a wheel, may include a selectively moveable arm that is operatively connected to a body portion at a first end thereof; and a press tool operatively connected to a second end of the moveable arm; wherein the press tool includes at least one mounting bracket maintaining a press tool thereon, the mounting bracket arranged on a platform, and a base operatively connected to the second end of the arm, the platform being slidably fixed to the base in order to adjust the lateral displacement of the press tool, and wherein the press tool is configured to apply force at the wheel.
Method for balancing a wheel
A method for balancing a wheel comprises at least the steps of extruding a profile of an uncured and/or non-vulcanized viscoelastic polymer comprising at least one filler having a total density of more than 0.9 kg/dm.sup.3, cutting a section from an extruded profile of said polymer, wherein the length of the section correlates with the required mass for balancing, applying the balancing weight to the rim of the wheel, and curing of the balancing weight at the wheel.
Balancing body for a continuous blade arrangement
The present invention relates to a balancing body (1) for fastening to a ring (4, 5) of a continuous blade arrangement of a compressor or turbine stage of a gas turbine, wherein the balancing body has a first stop (11) for the form-fitting attachment of the balancing body in one peripheral direction (R) to a first axial shoulder (6; 7) of the ring.
