Oxygen Mask Assembly
An oxygen mask assembly for assisting a user with breathing while wearing a mask includes a mask is wearable on a user's face such that the mask covers the user's mouth and nose. An oxygen tube extends through the mask to deliver oxygen to the user for breathing when the mask is being worn. An exhale valve is fluidly integrated into the mask and the exhale valve has a single direction of flow. In this way the exhale valve facilitates air exhaled by the user to pass through the exhale valve and inhibit air inhaled by the user from passing through the exhale valve. An oxygen reservoir containing gaseous oxygen is provided and the oxygen tube is fluidly coupled to the oxygen tank to deliver the gaseous oxygen to the user for breathing.
SYMMETRIC-PLEAT FLAT MASK WITH AN EXPRESSION WINDOW, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD AND PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT THEREOF
A symmetric-pleat flat mask with an expression window, and a manufacturing method and production equipment thereof, are disclosed. The present invention is a flat mask after being collected. The flat mask is provided with a flat body, and is replaceably combined with a flexible refractive diaphragm at a location corresponding to a user's mouth while the user is wearing the flat mask, so that an expression of the user's mouth can be seen from outside. In addition, two side surfaces on the pleats that are symmetric upward and downward are planned obliquely with a contour line, respectively. The pleats, along with the flat body, are unfolded to construct a three-dimensional sheathing shelf, thereby improving the shielding effect.
Jet Air Curtain For Personal Respiratory Protection
A device receiving an unsterile supply of air, subjects the airflow to one or more sterilizing agents or sterilizing conditions, and then exhausts the treated airflow through a nozzle or array of nozzles, forming a jet of air or array of air jets directed at or along the surface of the head of a living being such that the sterilized airflow envelopes the head. The result is a) the living being breathes air that is free of one or more infectious agents and b) the jet of air forms an air curtain such that the living being is protected from inhaling infectious agents that may surround them.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC NAILING OF HEAD MOUNTED MASK
Disclosed are a method and system for automatic nailing of head-mounted mask. The method is applied to a head-mounted mask processing system including an upright template, a feeding cylinder, a limit device and a nailing cylinder, and includes: fixing the head-mounted mask to the upright template with movable bottom plate, and moving the upright template to a nailing position; controlling cutting lengths of a neck strap and head strap by using the limit device, and transporting the neck strap and head strap to the nailing position through the feeding cylinder for cutting; and fixing the cut neck strap and head strap to left and right sides of the head-mounted mask on the upright template by using the nailing cylinder based on three-axis motion at the nailing position. The method and system can improve the efficiency of producing the head-mounted mask, save labor costs, and greatly improve the quality of products.
FILTER MASK
A filter mask, including a flexible filtering mask body having an outside surface and an opposite inside surface shaped to cover a nose and a mouth of a user, the mask body having a midbody portion extending between a right body side and a left body side. The filtering mask body is moveable between a first configuration having a first horizontal extent of the outside surface along the midbody portion and a second configuration in having a second horizontal extent of the outside surface along the midbody portion, the second extent being greater than the first extent. The filter mask includes a retainer system to hold the mask body to a user's head, the retainer system arranged to draw at only a single left-side location and only a single right-side location of the mask body when used reconfigure the filtering mask body from the first configuration to the second configuration.
PVDF FILTERING FACE-PIECE RESPIRATOR AND RECYCLING METHOD
The invention relates to a respiratory protection mask made of polyvinylidene fluoride and to a method for manufacturing said mask. The invention also relates to a method for reconditioning said mask. The invention also relates to a method for recycling this respiratory protection mask.
MASK HAVING LAYERS OF SYNTHETIC HAIR, MUCUS AND MUCIN TO TRAP MICROBES
An antimicrobial face mask antimicrobial face mask comprising ear-loop straps to loop around ears of a user, an inner layer of fabric, a layer of hair adhered to the fabric, a layer of synthetic mucus, a layer of synthetic mucin and an outer layer of fabric that adheres to the synthetic mucus and synthetic mucin.
POWERED AIR FILTRATION FACE COVERING
A protective face covering may comprise a frame comprising a main body. At least a portion of the main body is hollow and defines an inlet passage and an exhaust passage therein. The protective face covering may further comprise a visor coupled to the frame and configured to be disposed adjacent a face of a user in a first position, a membrane barrier coupled the visor and configured to seal against a portion of the wearer to define a sealed cavity between the visor and the face of the wearer in the first position, a blower unit in fluid communication with the inlet passage, the blower unit configured to provide a volume of filtered fluid to the inlet passage. The frame comprises an inlet aperture disposed adjacent a front portion of the frame and configured to direct a curtain of fluid into the sealed cavity in the first position.
Breathable Face Mask
A face mask configured to be worn on a human head includes a face shield and an ear loop. The ear loop is connected to a lateral side of the face shield. The ear loop defines an elongated narrow center portion positioned between an enlarged first end and an enlarged second end opposite the first end. The enlarged first end is connected to an upper portion of the lateral side of the face shield. The enlarged second end is connected to a lower portion of the lateral side of the face shield. The enlarged first end overlaps the enlarged second end along the lateral side of the face shield.
RESPIRATORY PERSONAL PROTECTIVE MASK
A respiratory personal protective mask includes a filter element that is adjustably carried on a drawstring attached to each of a left side and a right side of the filter element. Tabs at each of the left side and the right side of the filter element secure around the drawstring. The tabs may have a releasable fastener, such as Velcro®, to secure the tabs about the drawstring. The drawstring may be an elastic cord or a resilient cord. A toggle is fitted over free ends of the drawstring. The toggle is adjustable along the length of the drawstring to selective position the filter element in a protective position and a standby position.
