Attachment point

An anchor point comprising a connecting means for connecting the anchor point to an object to be fixed and/or handled, with an eyelet bend connected to a base body and a connecting eyelet hooked into the eyelet bend for connecting an anchoring or lashing means. The connecting eyelet has a smaller radius in its bend hooked into the eyelet bend than in its other bend, and carries two dividing elements opposite one another with respect to their longitudinal axis projecting into the interior space enclosed by the connecting eyelet. The connecting eyelet carries a projecting movement limiting stop with respect to its central fiber opposite the dividing elements, in each case on the outside for limiting the depth of immersion of the connecting eyelet in the eyelet bend together with the dividing elements which project on the inside and are likewise designed as movement limiting stops. Due to the movement limiting stops, the maximum diameter of the section of the connecting eye carrying the movement limiting stops is greater than the clear width of the eyelet bend, wherein the contour forming the movement limiting stops is shaped so that there is essentially only line contact between the movement limiting stops and the eyelet bend in the stop arrangement.

System and methods for assembling chain elements using a coupling mechanism

The disclosure herein relates to methods used to facilitate the assembly of chain-links. In particular, the disclosure relates to using a coupling mechanism comprising at least one coupling pin and at least one coupling socket to form a chain element in various ornamental and decorative forms. Accordingly, the coupling socket of a chain-link element is configured to accommodate a pin-head associated with the coupling pin in a pin-bed associated with the coupling socket. Furthermore, the coupling mechanism comprising a locking mechanism configured to fasten the pin-head into its associated pin-bed. Thus, the disclosed coupling mechanism provides an alternative to using soldering technique in the chain making field, enabling to assemble chain-link elements, especially of jewelry chains, which are typically made of precious metals, mainly gold and silver.

Chain braces and processes for using same

A chain brace for restricting relative movement between first, second, and third serially connected links of a chain. The chain brace can include a wedge block defining a bore at least partially therethrough, first and second outer blocks, a capture frame that can include a reaction plate that can define a bore therethrough, and a tension member. The capture frame can be configured to position the outer blocks and the wedge block within the second link of the chain. The tension member can be positioned through the bore defined by the reaction plate and into the bore defined by the wedge block to apply a force on the wedge block such that the wedge block displaces the first and second outer blocks into contact with the ends of the first and third links of chain, respectively, to restrict relative movement between the first, second, and third links of the chain.

A swing assembly is configured for shared enjoyment by a person and a dog. A swing seat may include a framework and a surface material that provides a desired combination of slip resistance and softness. The swing seat may be suspended from first and second support posts positioned to the sides of the swing seat, thereby reducing side-to-side rocking of the swing seat. One or more tether elements may limit the movement of the swing seat in the swinging direction and optionally help reduce side-to-side rocking of the swing seat, such that the swing seat has an appropriate level of stability for a dog during use.
