A fall arrest roof mount anchor is designed to secure construction and maintenance personnel working at heights, utilising harness and lanyard fall protection equipment. The roof mount anchor comprises a mounting plate having a uniform cross-section defining a raised central portion and side portions for roof attachment. The raised central portion has a swivel eye anchor point for attachment of conventional height safety harness hardware.

A mounting device includes a first arm, a second arm positioned parallel to the first arm, and a top plate coupled to the first arm and the second arm. The top plate includes a center portion, a first coupling panel formed at a 90 degree angle with respect to a surface of the center portion, and a second coupling panel formed at a 90 degree angle with respect to a surface of the center portion. The second coupling panel is located at a side of the center portion opposite the first coupling panel.

A fall-protection system including a harness and a fall-protection apparatus with a lifeline bearing a connector configured to be connected to the harness; and, a fall-protection monitoring system with a base unit and with at least one sensor module configured to sense a condition of the connector and to communicate a signal indicative of the condition of the connector to the base unit.

An anchor cart assembly can include a cart including a frame defining at least one front foot and at least one rear foot, the at least one front foot and the at least one rear foot defining a bottom plane of the frame; and an axle assembly mounted to the frame, the axle assembly being repositionable relative to the frame between a raised position and a lowered position, the axle assembly positioned above the bottom plane in the raised position, at least a portion of the axle assembly positioned below the bottom plane in the lowered position; and a load supported by the cart.

A ladder dock can include a planar mounting panel, the mounting panel configured to contact and be secured to a surface of an elevated structure; and a planar connecting panel, the connecting panel extending from the mounting panel and angled with respect to the mounting panel, the connecting panel angled upward with respect to the mounting panel by a bend angle, an angle between the mounting panel and the connecting panel being less than 180 degrees, the connecting panel defining first and second ears, each of the first and second ears extending in a direction away from the mounting panel, each of the first and second ears being coplanar with the connecting panel, the first and second ears defining a ladder notch therebetween, the ladder notch sized to receive and fix a position of a ladder relative to the ladder dock, the ladder dock being formed from a single blank.

A fall protection system having one or more modules is provided. Each module is made of a structural sheet having a ridge and at least one attachment panel, and a user attachment mechanism. The attachment panel can be secured to a working structure. The module can further have a restraining mechanism for resisting at least lateral and rotational movement of the ridge up to a threshold force, and be configured to fail or deform and permit lateral and rotational movement of the ridge if the threshold force is exceeded. The restraining mechanism can be tabs extending from the attachment panel, fasteners, welds, or another mechanism for resisting lateral and rotational movement of the ridge.

A fall protection system having a top bracket assembly that is mountable to a top portion of the ladder, a spaced bottom bracket assembly that is mountable to a bottom portion of the ladder, and a cable extending therebetween portions of the top bracket assembly and the bottom bracket assembly substantially parallel to a plane bisecting the vertical ladder at a desired distance from the plane.

A hoist point anchor includes a base where the base has a contact surface for contacting a flat ceiling and where the base has a plurality of anchor holes emerging at the contact surface for receiving a plurality of respective anchor bolts for anchoring the base to the flat ceiling. A wire rope forms a wire rope loop for attaching a hook where the wire rope loop is attached to the base. The base passes through the wire rope loop.

A fall protection system having a top bracket assembly that is mountable to a top portion of the ladder, a spaced bottom bracket assembly that is mountable to a bottom portion of the ladder, and a cable extending therebetween portions of the top bracket assembly and the bottom bracket assembly substantially parallel to a plane bisecting the vertical ladder at a desired distance from the plane.

A fall protection system having a top bracket assembly that is mountable to a top portion of the ladder, a spaced bottom bracket assembly that is mountable to a bottom portion of the ladder, and a cable extending therebetween portions of the top bracket assembly and the bottom bracket assembly substantially parallel to a plane bisecting the vertical ladder at a desired distance from the plane.
