SPINDLE DRIVE

A spindle drive includes a spindle nut, wherein the spindle nut is rotatably supported in a housing, a spindle, wherein the spindle is configured to be displaced in relation to the housing, an axial rolling bearing configured to support the spindle nut, wherein the axial rolling bearing does not guide axially, and a sliding bearing configured to support the spindle and act in a radial direction.

Carrier stop for split ring planetary drive

A split ring planetary drive with at least one travel end stop received in at least one pocket of a first ring gear. The travel end stop is moveable between a first stop position in which as the planetary drive rotates in a direction the travel end stop engages the stop on the planet carrier, preventing further rotation of the split ring planetary drive in the direction, and a second position in which the travel end stop does not engage the stop on the planet carrier. The travel end stop may be a deadbolt, a snap ring or pivoting pawl.

Multi axial translational and rotational motion to unidirectional rotational motion

An energy harnessing device for harnessing wave energy that results in pitch, sway, yaw, surge, roll, and heave movement, wherein the device effectively converts multiaxial translational and rotational motion to unidirectional rotational motion for power transmission.

Window regulator

A window regulator includes a carrier plate holding a windowpane, a drum rotated by driving a motor that generates a driving force, a wire whose one end is connected to the carrier plate and whose other end is connected to the drum, a wire end fixed to an end on a side of the one end of the wire, and a housing member that is formed of a synthetic resin and houses the wire end. The housing member is configured to define a housing hole that is surrounded by a base in which an inserting hole to insert the wire is formed, and a sidewall that is formed extending from an outer edge of the base. The wire end is housed in the housing hole while being pressed against a protrusion that protrudes from the sidewall.

Electric drive unit for a wheel of a motor vehicle and wheel suspension for the wheels of an axle of a motor vehicle

An electric drive unit for a wheel of a motor vehicle, including an electric motor for driving a drive shaft joined to the wheel in a manner resistant to rotation. The drive shaft is disposed coaxial to the rotor of the electric motor and is joined thereto in a rotation-resistant manner. The drive shaft is joined to the rotor of the electric motor in a rotation-resistant and axially moveable manner via a bearing.

Tailgate and door adjustors

A tailgate adjuster in a preferred example comprises an adjustably locking rotatable bracket comprising a plurality of rotatably linked shank components, with at least one shank component joined to a sprocket component having a plurality of sprocket teeth, and at least one other shank component joined to a rotatable trigger component having a sprocket-engaging trigger tooth. The trigger component is preferably spring biased to maintain the trigger tooth in an engaged position with the sprocket teeth, and can be adjusted to disengage the trigger component from the sprocket teeth. The sprocket teeth are spaced to permit the locking of shank components at a desired angle to each other. Holes at each end of the tailgate adjuster permit the rotatable mounting of one such end to a vehicle tailgate or hatchback and the other end to a fixed location of the vehicle. In other examples the invention concerns a tailgate-reinforcing sheath and methods for maintaining a vehicle tailgate or other hinged door, gate or window in a one of a plurality of partly open positions.
