PULLEY ASSEMBLY FOR AN AGRICULTURAL HARVESTER
A pulley assembly is provided for mounting on a rotatable shaft of an agricultural harvester and is operable in a high-speed configuration or a low-speed configuration. The pulley assembly comprises a high-speed pulley with a high-speed running surface for receiving a drive belt when the pulley assembly is in the high-speed configuration and a low-speed pulley with a low-speed running surface for receiving a drive belt when the pulley assembly is in the low-speed configuration. The pulley assembly has three sets of teeth extending from surfaces of the two pulleys. In the low-speed configuration, the running surfaces of the low-speed pulley and high-speed pulley are axially aligned and the first set of teeth and the second set of teeth are engaged. In the high-speed configuration, the running surface of the high-speed pulley is exposed for receiving the drive belt.
VEHICLE DRIVETRAIN WITH INTERAXLE DIFFERENTIAL AND METHOD FOR DRIVETRAIN OPERATION
Systems and methods for an interaxle differential (IAD) are provided. In one example, the IAD comprises a locking assembly that includes a friction clutch, the friction clutch includes a clutch pack that comprises plurality of plates configured to engage and disengage to inhibit and permit speed differentiation between a first axle differential and a second axle differential. The IAD further includes a supply lubrication passage that comprises an inlet that receives a lubricant from an enclosure surrounding an input gear of an axle differential and a first outlet flowing the lubricant to a gear coupled to the clutch pack.
VEHICLE DRIVETRAIN WITH INTERAXLE DIFFERENTIAL AND METHOD FOR DRIVETRAIN OPERATION
Drivetrain systems and methods are provided. In one example, the drivetrain system includes an interaxle differential (IAD) configured to receive power from a prime mover, a motor configured to drive a planetary gearset, and a ball ramp actuator configured to selectively engage a plurality of plates in a clutch pack of a friction clutch in response to receiving rotational input from the planetary gearset. In an engaged configuration, the friction clutch prevents speed differentiation between a first IAD output and a second IAD output.
Transmission
An oil pan includes a lubricant guide surface positioned above a lower end of an output gear located at the lowest position in a gear train. The lubricant guide surface is inclined so as to descend toward the output gear in an axial view of the output gear, and is inclined so as to descend from opposite ends to a central part in the axial direction of the output gear on the lubricant guide surface.
Pure electric vehicle transmission with novel lubrication structure
A pure electric vehicle transmission includes a transmission box, a top side of the transmission box is provided with a temporary oil storage case, a bottom side thereof is stored with lubricating oil, the temporary oil storage case is provided with a plurality of lubricating oil holes, a gear-connected transmission input shaft and an intermediate coupling are located at a lower side of the oil storage case and arranged above a lubricating oil surface, an intermediate coupling gear is connected with a differential gear, a lower side of the differential gear is immersed in the lubricating oil, the lubricating oil at the bottom side of the transmission box is splashed in the temporary oil storage case via the rotation of the differential gear, the lubricating oil lubricates various parts of the transmission through the lubricating oil holes, and then returns to the bottom side of the transmission box to form circulation.
SPEED REDUCER, ROTARY DRIVE SYSTEM, AND HYDRAULIC SHOVEL
A speed reducer includes a transmission unit rotating around an axis, an annular member having a cylindrical shape surrounding the axis, rotating around the axis together with the transmission unit, and having an oil sump having a recessed groove recessed in an inner peripheral surface and a lubricating oil supply hole extending and opening radially outward from the recessed groove, and a sliding portion provided radially outward of the lubricating oil supply hole of the annular member.

CONTINUOUSLY VARIARBLE TRANSMISSION
A continuously variable transmission for a vehicle includes a drive clutch, a driven clutch operably coupled to the drive clutch, and a belt extending between the drive and driven clutches. The continuously variable transmission also includes an inner cover and an outer cover removably coupled to the inner cover. At least one of the inner and outer covers includes an air inlet for providing cooling air to the drive and driven clutches and the belt.
