A safety faucet includes: a discharge pipe which has a hot water discharge path formed therein; a packing which moves up and down inside the discharge pipe; an operation shaft which is fixed to the packing; an upper cap which covers an upper opening of the discharge pipe, and has an upper cap through-hole formed in a center thereof to expose an upper end of the operation shaft; a lever which is rotatably coupled to the upper end of the operation shaft, and has an auxiliary operation hinge hole formed in an upper end thereof; and a safety member from which an auxiliary operation hinge shaft inserted into the auxiliary operation hinge hole is protruded, and has a cap contacting part formed in a lower end thereof to meet with an upper surface of the upper cap to form a support point.

DISPENSING TAP AND METHODS FOR USING THE SAME

A dispensing tap for liquids includes a body connected to the neck of a container, a dispensing head with an outlet or mouth, and a throat connecting the body to the dispensing head. A shut off valve is configured for sealing engagement with the mouth of the dispensing head, and a piston is axially guided within the dispensing head. The piston includes a periperhal seal slidably engaged with an interior surface of the dispensing head, and a valve stem coupled to the shut off valve. The piston is selectively actuable between a normally closed position an open position. A spring is captured between the piston and the dispensing head normally biasing the piston and shut off valve to the closed position. A vent is in communication with an interior of the body and the vent is opened and closed with movement of the piston and shut off valve.

DISPENSING SYSTEM INCLUDING A DISPENSING TAP AND AN INTEGRATED MEASURING CAP/CUP

A dispensing system includes a liquid dispensing tap and an associated or integrated measuring cap/cup. The dispensing tap and cap/cup are configured such that the cap/cup is assembled with the tap prior to installation onto a container, and stays assembled with the tap during installation onto the container at the filling line, and which can later be removed for use and then reattached to the tap or container after use by the consumer.

A safety faucet has a safety button which is positioned in front of a lever and slidingly moves in the front/back direction, and when the safety button is pressed, a cap contacting part on the lower end of the safety button rotates while forming a support point with respect to the upper surface of an upper cap; and has a fixed pin, which passes through an insertion groove formed on the upper end of an operation shaft, fixed together with the body of the lever, thereby preventing the lever from shaking left and right.

Provided is a safety valve (10) comprising a body (12) which defines an incoming fluid passage (14) and a return fluid passage (20). The incoming fluid passage (14) generally enables a fluid to pass from a fluid reservoir (18) through the body (12) to the tool head (16). The return fluid passage (20) generally enables a fluid to return from the tool head (16) through the body back to the fluid reservoir (18). The body (12) further comprises a diverter (22) which is displaceable between an active position and an inactive position. When the diverter (22) is in the active position, the diverter (22) redirects the fluid via a shunting passage (24) from the incoming fluid passage (14) to the return passage (20) to prevent operation of the tool head (16). Conversely, when the diverter is in the inactive position, fluid is allowed to pass freely through the incoming and return passages (14) and (20), respectively, to allow operation of the tool head (16).

Valve assembly and refrigerator having the same

A refrigerator includes a main body, a dispenser configured to supply water to the outside of the main body, a water supply flow path connecting the dispenser to a water source; and a valve assembly disposed on the water supply flow path, wherein the valve assembly comprises an elastic member having an outlet whose diameter is reduced by an elastic force, when water is no longer supplied to the valve assembly, so that water remaining in the inside of the water supply flow path is kept by the surface tension of the water.

Adjustable snap action passive inline air valve

A valve assembly includes a piston housing inside a flow duct between an inlet and an outlet so as to form an annular flow passage between the flow duct and the piston housing. The piston housing is axially aligned with a center axis of the flow duct. A piston is inside the piston housing and is configured to extend downstream of the piston housing in a closed position. A spring biases the piston to the open position. A fluid chamber is between the piston and an upstream end of the piston housing. A control opening extends through the upstream end of the piston housing and fluidically communicates with the flow duct and the fluid chamber. A control piston and a control spring are inside the piston housing. The control spring biases the control piston toward a first position that obstructs the control opening.
