Low-profile valve, pipeline and immersion cooling system

A low-profile and small-size valve to a shut off a flow of fluid in a pipeline includes a frame, a tube, a moving part, a lever, an elastic part, a latch, and a trigger. The tube is movable with the moving part. The lever is rotatable around an axis. The elastic part can push the lever to rotate after the trigger pushes the buckle away from the lever to unlatch the lever and allow rotation. During the rotation of the lever, the lever pulls on the moving part, and the moving part pulls on the tube together to disconnect the tube from the pipe. The valve improves the convenience and efficiency of shutting off a flow of fluid. A pipeline and an immersion cooling system is also disclosed.

A pneumatic valve includes a housing, a first port, a second port, and a third port, each in communication with an interior of the housing, a coil assembly coupled to the housing, a plunger axially movable within the housing between a first position and a second position in response to electrical current being driven through the coil assembly, and a permanent magnet configured to retain the plunger in at least one of the first position or the second position.

VALVE FOR A FLUID

The invention relates to a valve. A valve seat (2) encloses a fluid passage (20) for passage of a fluid from a fluid chamber (3). A holding element (4) exerts a holding force on a valve body (1), the holding force acting in a direction towards a valve seat (2). In the event that the fluid acts on an effective surface (10) of the valve body (1) with a force or a pressure above a limit value, the valve body (1) moves away from the valve seat (2). In the event that the fluid acts on an effective surface (40) of the holding element (4) with a force or a pressure above a limit value, the holding force acting on the valve body (1) decreases. In doing so, the fluid acts on the holding element (4) more strongly and/or earlier than on the valve body (1).

A bistable hydraulic solenoid valve has a valve spool that transitions between two positions, remaining in one of the two positions under an attractive magnetic force when the solenoids are not energized. The valve spool has a first permanent magnet attached to one end and a second permanent magnet attached to the other end, so that the first permanent magnet faces a first solenoid, and the second permanent magnet faces a second solenoid. The first solenoid is energized to have a first polarity, and the second solenoid is energized to have an opposite polarity to concurrently push and pull the valve spool within the valve body between a first position and a second position, the first position establishing a first flow path and the second position establishing a second flow path through the valve body and valve spool so as to enable flow of hydraulic fluid.

Valve Apparatus and System

A bistable valve. The valve includes an interior cavity; a first pressure source; a second pressure source; a first post connected to the interior cavity at a first end of the interior cavity; a second post connected to the interior cavity at a second end of the interior cavity; a magnetic shuttle located within the interior cavity; a first electromagnetic coil disposed about the first post; a second electromagnetic coil disposed about the second post; wherein when the first electromagnetic coil is energized, the first electromagnetic coil supplies a magnetic charge to the first post and actuates the magnetic shuttle to move towards the first end of the interior cavity towards the first post and seal the first pressure source.

Torsional spring actuated thermal valve

A valve includes a valve body forming a channel defining a fluid flow path extending from an inlet port to an outlet port of the valve body via a gallery disposed therebetween, an opening disposed in communication with the gallery, a valve assembly at least partially disposed through the opening and in the gallery, and a set pin having a central longitudinal axis. A valve disc of the valve assembly moves between a first position spaced from a valve seat of the valve body and a second position in contact with the valve seat. The set pin is coupled to and at least partly supported by the valve assembly to maintain the valve assembly in the first position. The fluid flow path allows a fluid to flow through the valve body in a first direction and a second direction opposite the first direction. The set pin is adapted to disengage a portion of the valve assembly when contacted by a fluid traversing the fluid flow path in the second direction, allowing the valve disc to move to the second position.

The three-way valve comprises a movable support and a pair of obstructing members carried by the movable support, at least one of which is responsive to the pressure applied by the pump at the first port, at least one of the movable support and obstructing members being movable due to transitions between an off-state and an on-state of the circulation pump. The obstructing members are adapted to engage reciprocatingly the respective seats of the three-way valve. The obstructing members are capable of changing shape synchronously when the pump switches from the off-state to the on-state.
