CONNECTOR AND SOCKET
Provided is a connector including a plug and a socket. The socket includes: a socket body in which a second liquid outflow passage and a second liquid inflow passage are formed; a ball lock mechanism that is attached to the socket body and fixes the socket body to a key ring; and a switching mechanism that switches an open state and a closed state of a rotary valve. The switching mechanism includes an opening/closing arm that regulates releasing of the fixation of the socket body to the key ring by the ball lock mechanism in the open state.
Push to sear valve for a gas grill
A gas grill is disclosed having a gas control valve with a push to sear feature. The gas control valve has a housing with a valve core rotatably disposed within the housing. A sear valve is disposed within the valve core. A user rotates the valve core within the housing to selectively align a gas inlet port with an inlet passage and to align a sear gas port and a sear gas flow passage. The sear valve has a sear valve element which is selectively movable relative to the valve core to selectively pass a sear gas through a sear gas port and a sear flow passage to the forward end of the valve housing, and then to the grill. A bias member, preferably a coil spring, is mounted between the sear valve element and the valve core for urging the sear valve element to a closed position.
INTEGRAL HANDLE FOR A VALVE
A valve handle includes a hub having an axis of rotation and an outer surface facing radially outward. The valve handle further includes a hand-grip centered on the axis of rotation. The hand-grip has an inner surface with a cylindrical contour facing radially inward, and has an outer surface reaching circumferentially about the axis with an undulating contour defining lobes projecting radially outward. A connecting portion of the valve handle interconnects the hub with the hand-grip across a recess located radially between the outer surface of the hub and the inner surface of the hand-grip. The connecting portion is configured to provide viewing clearance axially through the recess between the hub and the hand-grip.
Adjustable regulator and lock device for ductwork damper
An adjustable regulator and lock device for a pivotally rotatable damper adapted for installation in an air duct of an HVAC system is disclosed, which includes a pivot rod rotatably attached to the air duct and arranged for rotation with the damper. The pivot rod has coupled to it, a lockdown member having a plurality of radially extending teeth extending outwardly therefrom. A plate member is fixedly spaced from the air duct and has a plurality of correspondingly shaped and dimensioned tooth-shaped cutouts adapted to receive the teeth of the lockdown member to selectively lock the rotational position of the pivot rod and the damper in a selected angular orientation. The teeth of the lockdown member are biased by a coil spring toward engagement with the cutouts of the plate member, and yet selectively releaseable therefrom. The invention provides secure and locked positioning of the damper.
Fluid transfer device and method of use for same
A fluid transfer device can include a first attachment portion configured to engage a first port of a source container and a second attachment portion configured to engage a second port of an intermediate container. The first attachment portion can include a first projection defining a first fluid passage and the second attachment portion can include a second projection defining a second fluid passage. The fluid transfer device can further include a selector portion for selectively transitioning the fluid transfer device from a first configuration in which a flow path between the first and second fluid passages is closed to a second configuration in which the flow path between the first and second fluid passages is open. The fluid transfer device can further include a limiter configured to inhibit the selector portion from selectively transitioning the fluid transfer device from the first configuration to the second configuration.
Flow rate adjusting valve
A flow rate adjusting valve, in which a needle valve is arranged so as to face a fluid passage of a main body, is equipped with a handle configured to enable a rotational operation to be performed manually, an electric motor configured to be operated remotely, and a motive power transmission mechanism that selectively switches between a rotational operating force of the handle and a driving force of the electric motor, and to transmit the force to the needle valve. The switching is performed by causing the handle to be moved in a direction of an axis of rotation.
Disengaging handle assembly for a bottom outlet valve
A handle assembly for an outlet valve for a tank, where the outlet valve has a stem that is actuated to open and close the outlet valve, is provided. The handle assembly includes a handle. A shaft is attached to the handle, and an adapter attached to the shaft. A bracket is adapted to mount the shaft to the tank so that the shaft is pivotally mounted with respect to the tank and movable with respect to the outlet valve between an engaged position, where the adapter is connected to the stem, and a disengaged position, where the adapter is disconnected from the stem.

One-touch lock valve and raw material container
A one-touch valve including a valve main body (1) having a valve body incorporated therein, a stem (3) mounted on the valve main body, a rotating handle (6) fixedly attached to an upper part of the stem, a holder (21) accommodated in the rotating handle, and a lock mechanism (10) arranged in the holder and the rotating handle. The lock mechanism is formed of a spring inserted into the holder, a spherical body provided on a lower spring-back side of the spring, a lock member having a midway on a rear end side axially attached to the holder, having a rear end part pressed by spring-back via the spherical body, and having a tip part side abutting on a lower edge part of the rotating handle in a spring-back state, and an engagement groove where the tip end part side of the lock member is locked by the rotating handle.
Lock device and valve device
Provided are a valve device free of changes in the position of the valve member caused by external force and fluid pressure, and a lock device for the valve device. The lock device has a tubular member fitted to the rotating part of the valve device so that the member is movable along the axis of the rotating part in both directions, wherein the member has a protrusion on its inner circumferential face along its axis, and the protrusion engages with or disengages from recesses in an outer circumferential face of a holder of the rotating part formed along its axis when the member moves in either direction; or the member has recesses in its inner circumferential face formed along its axis, and the recesses engage with or disengage from a protrusion on the outer circumferential face of the holder along its axis when the member moves in either direction.
