Coupling assembly
A coupling assembly for releasably interconnecting fluid passages comprises male and female coupling members, which are mated by inserting a probe and socket of the members respectively. Each coupling member has a first end arranged for connection to a fluid passage. When mated in use, the coupling assembly provides a straight fluid conduit between the fluid passages comprising through-bores in each of the coupling members coincident along a first longitudinal axis. When mated in use, the probe and socket are arranged coincident on a second longitudinal axis, which is inclined to the first axis. Sealing means comprising an annular sealing ring proximate each of the socket and probe are arranged, when mated in use, either side of an intersection between the through-bore and socket. The sealing arrangement is such that fluid within the fluid conduit exerts a net force resisting separation of said coupling members.

System, method and apparatus for restrained pipe joint
A pipe may include a pipe body having an axis, an axial bore and a pipe body outer diameter. A male end may be formed on the pipe body. The male end can have an outer diameter consistent with the pipe body outer diameter, and an axial end face. A female end may be formed as an integral bell on the pipe body opposite the male end. The female end may have an inner diameter that is larger than the outer diameter of the male end, a seal recess on an interior thereof, and an interior feature in the interior of the female end that is complementary to the axial end face of the male end. The female end of a first pipe may be configured to receive the male end of a second pipe, such that the interior feature of the first pipe engages and restrains the axial end face of the second pipe. A coupling may be used to join two of the pipes.

METALLIC PIPE CONNECTION
A metallic pipe connection may comprise a tubular body and a terminal tubular engagement portion configured to be engaged on a pipe and to be fixed thereto by means of plastic deformation of the engagement portion, and a terminal flange on the opposite side of the tubular body with respect to that one provided with the tubular engagement portion. The tubular engagement portion may include an annular seat for a sealing gasket, having a first housing groove for the sealing gasket which may be internally open towards the tubular engagement portion, and at least part of the tubular engagement portion and the annular seat may be plastically deformed such to generate a mechanical seal on the pipe on which the tubular engagement portion is fitted.
COMPLIANT HEATING SYSTEM COMPRISING A COMPRESSIVE SEAL EXPANSION JOINT
A compliant heating system includes a dynamic component including a heat exchanger; a pressure vessel shell encompassing at least a portion of the heat exchanger; and a accessible and detachable compressive seal expansion that connects the dynamic component and the pressure vessel shell.
