Disclosed is a structure for preventing a leak at a synthetic resin tube joint, which includes a synthetic resin tube including a tapered portion at an end portion; a ferrule inserted into the end portion of the synthetic resin tube and including a tapered portion corresponding to the tapered portion of the synthetic resin tube; a fitting which accommodates the synthetic resin tube and the ferrule, and includes a tapered portion corresponding to the tapered portion of the synthetic resin tube and a protrusion formed on the tapered portion of the fitting, and a nut which engages with the fitting.

Tube fitting

A tube fitting including a sleeve member having a circumferential collar portion, the circumferential collar portion including a first tapered surface, a first coupling member having a circumferential engagement flange portion configured to couple with the circumferential collar portion of the sleeve member, and a second coupling member that includes a longitudinally extended sealing portion. The longitudinally extended sealing portion includes a second tapered surface that couples with the first tapered surface so as to circumferentially expand the longitudinally extended sealing portion, when the first tapered surface and the second tapered surface are coupled to each other, and form a fluid seal between the second coupling member and the sleeve member.

FLUIDIC CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY FOR QUICK CONNECT/DISCONNECT

A fluidic connection assembly and methods for quickly connecting or disconnecting a tube to a port by hand and without the use of tools. A body is adapted to receive a tube therethrough, and may have at least two sides which are hinged. Each of the hinged sides has corresponding latching portions or projections located near a lower end of the body. These projections are adapted to fit into a port or other fitting and be securely held in place. The assembly may include a tube extending through a body and through a spring located between the end of the body and the end of the tube, whereby the spring exerts a force directly or indirectly against the end of the tube and against the body, thus holding the tubing securely and sealingly engaged in the port when the assembly is connected. The body may further comprise an additional body or an adapter, and/or a cap and latch. A second spring may be used to push a projecting member into a groove or notch of an adapter when an end of the adapter is inserted into one end of the latch or the body. The fluidic connection assembly is useful in analytical instrument systems, such as for in vitro applications and/or in high pressure applications, among other things, and may be used in methods for connecting, or disconnecting, tubing or a fluidic connection assembly from a port or other fitting or connection.

Purifier cassette

The present disclosure relates to purification cassettes that have reinforcing features. One embodiment relates to a purification cassette with tensions members. A purification system may include a removable cassette defining a media cavity. A set of tension members may span between a first sidewall and second sidewall. The set of tension members can divide the media cavity into a plurality of lanes.

A fluid pipeline connection device includes a fixed base, a floating piece, a connecting tube, and a plurality of elastic bodies. The fixed base includes a first side surface and a second side surface opposite to each other. The floating piece abuts against the first side surface and the second side surface. The connecting tube passes through the first side surface and the second side surface of the fixed base, and the connecting tube is combined with the floating piece. The elastic bodies are disposed in the fixed base, and the elastic bodies are in contact with the connecting tube.

Fittings, Components, and Associated Tools

Described are fittings, components, and associated tools for use in coupling pipe or tubing. The described fittings generally include a unitary body having an outer surface and an inner lumen forming a void within said unitary body. The lumen is configured to receive threads for mating with the threads of a female sub end of a pipe or tube. The outer surface includes at least one aperture for receiving a tool that can be inserted within said aperture so as to rotate the fitting about an axis that extends through the lumen of the unitary body. The at least one apertures provide a safe and convenient way to tighten and loosen the fitting during the process of coupling pipe or tubing.

A pipe joint is connected with a connecting pipe, and includes a pipe joint body and a nut member. When the connecting pipe formed with a bead expanded in the radial direction is connected with this pipe joint, a male thread of the pipe joint body is engaged with a female thread of the nut member to hold the bead between a tapered face and a tapered face. In addition, the joined portion between the bead and the tapered face forms a first sealed portion, and a joined portion between the bead and the tapered face forms a second sealed portion. Still further, a tapered face of the pipe joint body is joined with the tapered face of the nut member to form a third sealed portion.

Gasket for fluid coupling, and fluid coupling

A gasket includes a thick portion providing a first face seal and a thin portion providing a second face seal. A fluid coupling has an annular gasket housing recess that includes a wide portion for housing the thick portion of the gasket and a narrow portion for housing the thin portion of the gasket.
