Hands-free tank fill device
A hands-free device for use in filling tanks for storing liquids, particularly water tanks on recreational or commercial vehicles having either threaded or flange style collars. The device's spring clamp can be operatively moved between the open and closed positions to secure the clamp to the collar of the storage tank during use. The filler hose is then snapped into position within the body of the device which prevents inadvertent displacement.

Bracket for positioning and protecting pipes in concrete
A bracket holds a rigid or flexible tube during the pouring of a concrete slab. The bracket has a base and a housing connected to the base. The tube curves around a first tube support on the housing before passing through an opening in the bottom of the housing. The tube and any members inside the tube are cut off so they end inside the housing and are then covered by a housing cap. The base is fastened to a form for the concrete slab. The height of the housing relative to the base is adjusted to place the cap at the planned surface of the concrete slab. After the concrete slab is formed the cap is removed and the cut members inside the housing are connected to other members or devices.

Non-Continuously Rotatable and Removable Ferrule for Duct Fitting
A fitting assembly for connection to a flexible duct includes a ferrule configured for insertion into an open end of the flexible duct a fitting removably connected to the ferrule. The ferrule includes a sidewall defining a minor diameter and a major diameter spaced apart from the minor diameter, and a ferrule thread extending radially outward from the sidewall. One of the fitting and the ferrule defines a recess. Another of the fitting and the ferrule comprises a tab configured to extend into the recess. One of the recess and the tab comprises an edge. Another of the recess and the tab comprises a ramped surface extending in a circumferential direction of the ferrule, such that rotation of the ferrule relative to the fitting causes the ramped surface to engage the edge, thereby radially deflecting the tab and disengaging the tab from the recess.
Clamp assemblies and methods
An improved hose clamp having an annular band having an inner face, tensioning means, and an annular spring liner; the spring liner having a circumferential shoulder near an edge of the liner; and a central, cylindrical, flat contact portion of smaller circumference than the shoulder, and of smaller width than the inner face of the band. The shoulder is adapted to abut the inner face and the contact portion is adapted to contact a hose or other article to be clamped.

System and method for integrated flow supply line
A hydraulic fracturing system for fracturing a subterranean formation includes an electric powered pump having an inlet and an outlet, the outlet coupled to a well associated with the subterranean formation and powered by at least one electric motor. The system also includes a fluid source, coupled to the inlet of the electric powered pump, the fluid source providing a slurry for injection into the subterranean formation. The system further includes a hose extending between the fluid source and the electric powered pump, the hose being flexible and having a first diameter. The system includes a fitting between the hose and the electric powered pump, the fitting having a first end for receiving the hose at the first diameter and a second end for coupling to the electric powered pump at a second diameter, the second diameter being larger than the first diameter.

Loop-type band clamp installation tool
Tool for securing a loop-type band clamp around an object. Turning a drive screw displaces an upper jaw relative to a lower jaw of the tool. An alignment component is inserted through holes in band clamp tabs and then a fastener engages a receiving end of the alignment component. An opening in the lower jaw receives the fastener and an opening in the upper jaw receives an upper segment the alignment component. The upper and lower jaws compress the tabs by operation of the drive screw, closing the loop around the object. While the tabs are compressed, the alignment component is separated from the fastener and a clamp fastener is inserted through the tab holes and mated with the fastener. The upper segment of the alignment component is removed from the upper jaw. The upper and lower jaws are removed from the band clamp by operation of the drive screw.
