Fluidic connection device for a fluid circuit of a motor vehicle
A fluidic connection device for a fluid circuit of a motor vehicle includes a female fluidic connector, a U-shaped lock, and a locking indicator. The female fluidic connector includes a housing configured to receive a male fluidic connector, by translation along an axis (A). The U-shaped lock is carried by the female connector and includes a pair of elastically deformable legs that arranged substantially in a first plane, perpendicular to the axis (A) and on either side of the axis (A) and being configured to cooperate by elastic snap-fitting with the male connector to ensure retention of the male connector in the female connector along the axis (A). The locking indicator is carried by the female connector and configured to be translated in a second plane, perpendicular to the axis (A), between a first position for releasing the locking indicator and a second position for locking the locking indicator.
Quick connector structure
A quick connector structure includes a fitting connector, a connector, and a U-shaped positioning snap pin. The fitting connector is a pipe connector, a three-way valve connector, or a washing machine valve connector. The fitting connector is combined with a pipe body. The U-shaped positioning snap pin ensures the stability of the connection between the fitting connector and the connector. The quick connector structure enables rapid positioning and assembly, reducing the assembly difficulty in a smaller or concealed space and achieving the effects of assembly stability and convenience.
Nozzle installation jig
Described herein is a technique capable of properly attaching a nozzle to a reaction tube. According to one aspect thereof, there is provided a nozzle installation jig including: a lower plate configured to make contact with a process vessel in a vicinity of a lower end opening of the process vessel in which a nozzle is provided; a frame fixed to the lower plate and extending upward with respect to the lower plate; an upper plate fixed to the frame and provided with a sensor configured to detect a position of the nozzle in the process vessel; and a notification device configured to transmit a notification to an operator according to a detection result of the sensor.
Quick connector with verification
A quick connector coupling for making a severable connection with a male member in a fluid line includes a connector body having a through bore for receiving the male member having a tubular shape sized to extend into the through bore of the connector body, a retainer releasably securing the male member within the connector body, and a verifier including at least one arm extending outside the connector body. Further, the verifier is coupled to the connector body and is moved to a latched position from an unlatched position when the male member is securely connected with the connector body. The connector body includes at least one verification element, which is at least partially covered by the at least one arm extending from the verifier in the unlatched position. The verification element of the connector body is uncovered and readable when the verifier is moved to the latched position.
COMPACT AND DEMOUNTABLE FLUID CONNECTION DEVICE
A connection device for connecting a tubular connector provided with an annular collar to an item of equipment comprising a passage, the connection device comprising:—a connection end fitting connecting to the passage of the item of equipment, the connection end fitting being formed by a tubular body with a head mounted thereon, the head being provided with a through-opening and comprising an ellipsoidal annular groove;—a locking ring having at least two longitudinal flexible legs for insertion into the connection end fitting, each having an outer surface bearing at least one lug intended to engage in the annular groove in order to hold the locking ring secured to the connection end fitting. The two flexible legs can be deformed and closed on the tubular connector in order to abut their free ends against the collar when the male connector is inserted longitudinally into the locking ring.
VERIFICATION PULL TAB CLIP FOR QUICK CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A verification pull tab clip includes a pull tab. A generally planar body extends from the pull tab and has first and second opposite sides, proximal and distal ends, and top and bottom ends. The body is elongated in a longitudinal direction that extends between the proximal and distal ends. An indication surface is disposed on the first side of the body. A cantilevered arm extends from the pull tab in the longitudinal direction and is spaced apart from the body. The arm terminates at a free end and has first and second sides. A latch is disposed at the free end of the arm. An abutment projects outwardly from the second side of the arm. The arm is deflectable away from the bottom end for securing the latch, and is deflectable away from the bottom end for releasing the latch in response to a deflection of the abutment.
UNIVERSAL TUBE ADAPTOR AND SHOCK ABSORBER INCLUDING THE SAME
A universal tube adaptor for a shock absorber includes a connector body, and first and second connectors. The connector body has intersecting first and second connecting holes respectively and rotatably receiving the first and second connectors rotatably therein. The first connector has a first guiding hole and an overflow hole perpendicular to, in fluid communication with, and cooperating with the first guiding hole to define an oil-filled space in fluid communication with the second connecting hole. The second connector has a second guiding hole in fluid communication with the second connecting hole and the overflow hole, so that the second guiding hole, the oil-filled space and the first guiding hole cooperate with one another to define an oil passage permitting damping oil to flow therein.
Captured Element Coupling
A preassembled combination connects a captured pipe element to a second pipe element. First and second segments are connected end to end surrounding a central space for axially receiving the second pipe element. The segments are configured to be drawn toward one another and into engagement with the pipe elements. An annular body forms the captured pipe element. An end face of the captured pipe element is retained within the central space by engagement between a bead projecting from a sealing surface of the captured pipe element and the coupling assembly.
Device for supplying pressurized fluid, and assembly for storing pressurized fluid comprising such a device
A device for supplying pressurized fluid, comprising a first valve) and a second valve accommodating internal circuits, the first valve and the second valve including respective coupling members that form a quick-connection system for removably connecting the second valve to the first valve, the internal circuits including a set of one or more control valves the device including at least one manually actuable mobile control member for controlling the set of one or more control valves, between a first, rest position, in which the flow of fluid towards the outlet is prevented, and a second, active position, in which the flow of fluid towards the outlet is allowed, the quick-connection system including a connection piece for connecting the second valve to the first valve between a first position.
Method for assembling a tube and a fitting body
A method for connecting tubes includes fastening a position locator to an outer surface of a tube at a predetermined depth from a first end of a tube such that at least one ferrule abuts a flange of the position locator between the first end of the tube and the position locator. A tube connector assembly is formed by introducing a compression nut such that an inner wall of the compression nut surrounds the position locator and the at least one ferrule. A fitting body is introduced via the first end of the tube. The tube connector assembly is fastened to the fitting body using a first threading on the inner wall of the compression nut and a second threading on an outer wall of the fitting body such that the at least one ferrule is between the compression nut and the fitting body.
