GAS TURBINE AND COMPRESSOR MODULE FOR ON-SHORE LNG PLANTS
A modular gas turbine system for on-shore LNG plants is disclosed. The module comprises a base plate having a top side and a bottom side and supports on the top side thereof at least a gas turbine engine, a control and electrical room wired to the gas turbine engine, at least part of auxiliaries of the gas turbine engine. Additionally, at least one compressor is supported on the base plate and mechanically coupled to the gas turbine engine and driven into rotation by said gas turbine engine.
PLANT MODULE WITH PERFORATED BEAMS
The plant module comprises a base deck, a frame and a plurality of pieces of equipment mounted to the base deck and/or the frame; the base deck comprises of a grid of base beams; some of or all the beams of the base deck and optionally some of or all the beams of the frame are perforated, in particular castellated-type or cellular-type, so that they have a plurality of holes, in particular web-openings, for receiving conduits and/or pipes and/or trays.
PLANT MODULE WITH PERFORATED BEAMS
The plant module comprises a base deck, a frame and a plurality of pieces of equipment mounted to the base deck and/or the frame; the base deck comprises of a grid of base beams; some of or all the beams of the base deck and optionally some of or all the beams of the frame are perforated, in particular castellated-type or cellular-type, so that they have a plurality of holes, in particular web-openings, for receiving conduits and/or pipes and/or trays.
SUPPORT ASSEMBLY FOR TURBINE SHIPPING/OPERATION
A support assembly for supporting a gas turbine during a manufacturing configuration, a shipping configuration and an operating configuration. The support assembly includes a stand leg securable to a base, and the stand leg includes a turbine casing interface with a slot sized to receive a turbine casing pin. A support plate is attachable to the turbine casing interface. The support plate includes a closed pin aperture that is sized to fit over the turbine casing pin in the slot. The slot is a U-shaped slot in the turbine casing interface, and the U-shaped slot is open to receive the turbine casing pin from above.
GAS TURBINE ENGINE CASING ARRANGEMENT
A gas turbine engine includes a casing including a plurality of interconnected casing segments defining an outer surface of the casing. One of the casing segments is a gearbox segment enclosing a gearbox and having a gearbox flange extending radially outwardly from the outer surface of the casing. The engine includes a bearing housing enclosing at least one bearing and having an annular body with an inner segment disposed within the casing. The annular body having an extension segment extending radially outwardly from the inner segment to a bearing housing flange disposed radially-outwardly of the outer surface of the casing. The bearing housing flange is engageable with the gearbox flange to removably mount the gearbox segment to the bearing housing.
GAS TURBINE ENGINE CASING ARRANGEMENT
A gas turbine engine includes a casing including a plurality of interconnected casing segments defining an outer surface of the casing. One of the casing segments is a gearbox segment enclosing a gearbox and having a gearbox flange extending radially outwardly from the outer surface of the casing. The engine includes a bearing housing enclosing at least one bearing and having an annular body with an inner segment disposed within the casing. The annular body having an extension segment extending radially outwardly from the inner segment to a bearing housing flange disposed radially-outwardly of the outer surface of the casing. The bearing housing flange is engageable with the gearbox flange to removably mount the gearbox segment to the bearing housing.
HOUSING FOR A COMPRESSOR OR EXPANDER INSTALLATION, VACUUM PUMP, GENERATOR OR THE LIKE
A housing for a compressor or expander installation, vacuum pump, generator or similar, whereby this housing is made of metal plates, wherein at least one of the aforementioned metal plates is provided with one or more reinforcing profiles, respectively longitudinal profiles that extend in a certain longitudinal direction and transverse profiles that extend along a transverse direction that forms an angle to the aforementioned longitudinal direction, whereby the various metal plates and longitudinal profiles and/or transverse profiles are joined together solely by means of mechanical fasteners.
Device for suspending a casing, a turbine engine and a propulsion assembly
A device for suspending a casing of a turbine engine to the structure of an aircraft is provided. The device includes a suspension ring including a plurality of attachment surfaces positioned so as to protrude on the circumference of the suspension ring and having attachment holes for attachment to the structure; a circumferential flange including a plurality of holes for attaching the suspension ring to the casing; and one or several hanging surfaces for hanging at least one piece of equipment, positioned so as to protrude on the circumference of the suspension ring, and having holes for hanging the piece of equipment to the ring.
Device for suspending a casing, a turbine engine and a propulsion assembly
A device for suspending a casing of a turbine engine to the structure of an aircraft is provided. The device includes a suspension ring including a plurality of attachment surfaces positioned so as to protrude on the circumference of the suspension ring and having attachment holes for attachment to the structure; a circumferential flange including a plurality of holes for attaching the suspension ring to the casing; and one or several hanging surfaces for hanging at least one piece of equipment, positioned so as to protrude on the circumference of the suspension ring, and having holes for hanging the piece of equipment to the ring.
Motor Mounting Assembly And Method Of Manufacture
A motor mounting assembly for mounting a motor includes a motor base and a motor mounting fixture. The motor base has an elongate slot and a threaded adjusting rod. The motor mounting fixture cooperates with the slot for securing the motor to the base and includes a fixture body and a coupling member. The fixture body includes a fixture base and first and second oppositely disposed legs. First and second apertures extend through the first and second legs and a motor fastener projects proximally from the fixture base to be received in the slot. The coupling member has a through bore aligned with the first and second apertures between the first and second legs. At least one of the first aperture, the second aperture, or the bore includes screw threads engaging the adjusting rod for adjusting a position of the motor.
