AN OIL DISTRIBUTOR FOR A LUBRICATING AND COOLING SYSTEM IN A POWERTRAIN
An oil distributor is provided for a lubricating and cooling system in a powertrain, comprising a housing with a first oil outlet connected to a first oil chamber and a first oil circuit and a second oil outlet connected to a second oil chamber and a second oil circuit; and a piston arranged in a cavity of the housing and movable between first and second positions and comprising: a first bore partly constituting the second oil chamber; and a second bore connecting the first bore with an outer periphery of the piston, so that when the piston is in the first position, the first oil inlet is connected to the first oil chamber and the first oil outlet, and when the piston is in the second position, the first oil inlet is connected to the second oil chamber and the second oil outlet.
CENTRAL LUBRICATING STATION
A central lubricating station for lubricating one or more machine part(s), having a container base adapted for holding at least two replaceable containers. Each replaceable container holds at least one type of lubricant; and one or more pump(s) is configured for pumping at least one type of lubricant interchangeably from the at least two replaceable containers to the one or more machine part(s); and a motor is configured for driving the one or more pumps.
Rolling bearing device and oil supply unit
An oil supply unit has: a pump that has a pressure chamber portion that stores lubricating oil and a piezoelectric element that is deformable by application of a voltage, the pump ejecting lubricating oil in the pressure chamber portion; a tank that is connected to the pump and that stores lubricating oil to be supplied to the pump for replenishment; a sensor that detects a pressure in an oil region which extends from the pressure chamber portion to the tank and in which lubricating oil is present, or the state of a bearing portion; a pressure adjustment portion that adjusts a pressure of lubricating oil in the oil region which extends from the pressure chamber portion to the tank; and a control portion that controls at least one of the pressure adjustment portion and the piezoelectric element on the basis of a detection result from the sensor.
Shaft seal device mounted rotating electrical machine
A shaft seal device mounted rotating electrical machine includes; a rotating electrical machine which includes a rotating shaft equipped with a shaft seal device having an inlet portion and an outlet portion of seal oil, a main oil tank in which the seal oil supplied to the shaft seal device is stored, a seal oil cleanup tank which includes an inlet portion connected to an outlet portion of the main oil tank, and has an oil level regulating valve, a degassing pump which includes an inlet portion connected to an outlet portion of the seal oil cleanup tank, a pressure regulating valve which is disposed between the outlet portion of the seal oil cleanup tank and an outlet portion of the degassing pump, a differential pressure control valve which is disposed between the outlet portion of the degassing pump and the inlet portion of the shaft seal device.
OIL PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE
This oil pressure control device is provided with: an oil cooler which cools engine oil circulating through a hydraulic circuit of an engine; a bypass oil passage which bypasses the oil cooler; an oil cooler bypass valve by means of which an engine oil flow passage is switched between the oil cooler and the bypass oil passage; an oil pressure sensor which measures a first oil pressure, which is the oil pressure of engine oil; and a valve control unit which controls opening and closing of the oil cooler bypass valve to reduce the magnitude of a difference between the first oil pressure and a second oil pressure, which is a target oil pressure determined on the basis of the rotational speed of the engine and a fuel injection quantity.
ENGINE LUBRICATION SYSTEMS, LUBRICATION FLUID CIRCULATION SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR REGULATING FLUID PRESSURE
A lubrication system for an internal combustion engine includes a fluid flow control device at an outlet side of the pump that regulates pressure conditions at the outlet side of the pump upstream of the lubrication circuit in the engine. The fluid flow control device is located in a recirculation path, and opens in response to a fluid pressure at the outlet of the pump exceeding a first threshold to allow the fluid to pass from the outlet side of the pump back to an inlet side of the pump. The recirculation path includes a tuning device that maintains the fluid pressure at engine speeds above the first threshold. In response to engine speeds above a second threshold, the tuning device restricts fluid flow in the recirculation path so that the fluid pressure in the fluid flow path increases.
Grease gun
A grease gun comprising a body having first and second chambers, first and second pistons within those first and second chambers, primary and secondary grease channels, a grease outlet and an actuator, is provided. Actuation of the actuator by a user causes first and second pistons to move within first and second chambers. The body may further comprise a pressure sensitive spool which allows the grease gun to move from a high flow/low pressure operation to a high pressure/low flow operation when there is a grease blockage that causes an increase in the pressure in the body.
AUTO-LUBRICATION SYSTEM FOR A WORK TOOL
A lubrication system including a drive fluid chamber and a lubricant chamber. A first movable member is movable from a first position to a second position within the drive fluid chamber in response to drive fluid pressure acting on the first movable member. A second movable member is movable between a first position and a second position within the lubricant chamber and is operatively coupled to the first movable member. A biasing member is positioned to bias the first movable member toward the first position. A relief valve is associated with the first movable member and, when the relief valve in an open state, the drive fluid pressure acting on the first movable member is reduced such that the biasing member moves the first movable member to the first position within the drive fluid chamber.
