The intake unit in the first compartment connects with a charging spout of the culinary whipper; inside the cabinet, in a second compartment, with a door, are provided at least one high-pressure nitrous oxide cylinder and the corresponding pneumatic, electric and electronic connections; and in the front of the machine is defined a control panel that makes it possible to operate the machine.

A method for replenishing the supply of cryogenic liquid from a storage tank (2) includes: pressurizing a container (14) with cryogenic gas at a first pressure, said container having passing through it a first cryogenic fluid flow line referred to as the cold line and a second cryogenic fluid flow line referred to as the hot line, passing cryogenic liquid at a second pressure through the cold line (12), and supplying the container (14) with cryogenic gas at least partially from cryogenic liquid pumped from the storage tank (2) and vaporized. The invention relates to a container housing a composition comprising tetrafluoropropene. The container is made from metal and includes an inner surface, said inner surface being in contact with the composition and being at least partially covered with a polyether- or polyol-type resin. Advantageously, the aforementioned composition comprises at least 15 wt.-% tetrafluoropropene relative to the total weight of the composition.

A nitric oxide delivery device including a valve assembly, a control module and a gas delivery mechanism is described. An exemplary gas delivery device includes a valve assembly with a valve and circuit including a memory, a processor and a transceiver in communication with the memory. The memory may include gas data such as gas identification, gas expiration and gas concentration. The transceiver on the circuit of the valve assembly may send wireless optical line-of-sight signals to communicate the gas data to a control module. Exemplary gas delivery mechanisms include a ventilator and a breathing circuit. Methods of administering gases containing nitric oxide are also described.

A system and device for monitoring the content of a gas/liquid or gas only containment vessel such as a cylinder is provided. The disclosed apparatus is easily affixed to a standard gas cylinder and configured to monitor the pressure of the cylinder contents and activate a visual and/or audio alarm when the contents of the gas/liquid cylinder are no longer in a liquid or partially liquid state as well as activate another visual and/or audio alarm at a prescribed pressure when the contents of the cylinder are nearing depletion.
