A method for manufacturing a gas filling container is provided. The method includes performing a treatment of bringing an amine compound into contact with the inner surface of a gas filling container having at least the inner surface made of stainless steel, manganese steel, carbon steel, or chromium molybdenum steel, and, after the treatment, a treatment of volatilizing off the amine compound from the gas filling container.

Also provided is a method of reducing deposition of a friction reducer on a metal surface of a component of an eductor, comprising: contacting the surface with a fluorinated material in a diluent, wherein the fluorinated material has the structure above; forming a film on the metal surface; and introducing the friction reducer into the apparatus.

METHODS OF REDUCING FRICTION ON A SURFACE OF AN APPARATUS THAT STORES OR TRANSPORTS A GAS

The present invention provides methods of reducing friction on a surface of an apparatus that stores or transports a gas, comprising: (a) contacting the surface either directly or through an intermediate organometallic layer with a fluorinated material in a diluent, wherein the fluorinated material has the following structure:

wherein A is an oxygen radical or a chemical bond; n is 1 to 20; Y is H, F, C.sub.nH.sub.2n+1 or C.sub.nF.sub.2n+1; X is H or F; b is at least 1, m is 0 to 50, p is 1 to 20, and Z is an acid group or an acid derivative; (b) forming a hydrophobic surface layer on the surface; and (c) introducing the gas into the apparatus.

SURFACE-TREATED GRAVEL PACK SCREENS AND METHODS OF REDUCING DEPOSITION OF A CONTAMINANT ON A SURFACE OF A GRAVEL PACK SCREEN

Gas delivery device and system

A gas delivery system including a gas delivery device, a control module and a gas delivery mechanism is described. An exemplary gas delivery device includes a valve assembly with a valve and circuit including a memory, a processor and a transceiver in communication with the memory. The memory may include gas data such as gas identification, gas expiration and gas concentration. The transceiver on the circuit of the valve assembly may send wireless optical line-of-sight signals to communicate the gas data to a control module. Exemplary gas delivery mechanisms include a ventilator and a breathing circuit. Methods of administering gas are also described.

A method supply equipment for supplying a fluorine gas-containing gas which includes a sealing step of introducing a second fluorine gas-containing gas having a fluorine gas concentration in a range of ?10% of that of a first fluorine gas-containing gas into a portion between a container valve (3) and a pressure regulator (7) of a pipe (4) such that a pressure is lower than the gas pressure in a filled container (2). After the sealing step, a buffer tank (9) is brought into an opened state, and then the first fluorine gas-containing gas is supplied from the filled container (2) to the portion between the container valve (3) and the pressure regulator (7) of the pipe (4). Thereafter, the pressure regulator (7) is brought into an opened state, and then the first fluorine gas-containing gas is supplied to consumption equipment (20) while regulating a pressure by the pressure regulator (7).

A nitrous oxide charging system to make whipped cream by charging food-grade N2O gas into a whipped cream dispenser that contains a certain amount of heavy cream is provided. The charging system includes a compressed gas container with liquefied nitrous oxide and a delivery unit that comprises an on/off valve; a pressure regulator configured to operate at a controlled outlet pressure; and a flexible tubing connecting with a dispenser. The charging system also includes a means to select the optimum delivery pressure based on the amount of heavy cream, and the accepted tolerance of the delivery pressure. An optional dispenser kit is also provide that can include a dip tube and/or oscillating arm-like structures as part of a dispenser kit operably connected to the dispenser to promote mixing and chemical solvation.
