An LED module of a lighting device includes an optic that includes one or more internal lenses, which are to be rotationally aligned with corresponding LEDs held within the module. In order to correctly rotationally align the LEDs with the lenses, the module includes one or more notches in the end of the module, which line up with and receive corresponding detents formed on the exterior surface of the optic. When the optic is mounted in the module with the detents in the notches, the LEDs line up with the lenses. Additionally, the side surface of the optic includes indicia indicating a characteristic of the optic, e.g., the lens' angles.

Antennae for hazardous location light fixtures

A light fixture can include a housing comprising at least one wall that forms a cavity, wherein the housing complies with applicable standards for a hazardous environment. The light fixture can also include an antenna assembly disposed on an outer surface of the housing. The antenna assembly can provide communication with another device within the hazardous environment without compromising the applicable standards for the hazardous environment.

String light of novel structure

The present disclosure relates to a string light of a novel structure. On a main wire, multiple string light bodies are connected in series, each string light body includes a lamp holder (1) and a lamp cap (8), a bulb is installed in the lamp cap (8), and the lamp cap (8) is connected to the lamp holder (1). One end of each of two hanging wires (3) is connected to the lamp holder (1) in a riveting mode through double riveting ports (2), and the other ends thereof are connected to positive and negative electrodes of the main wire, respectively. It is not only saves the cost and reduces the defective rate, but also is more solid and less likely to cause a fall-off problem compared with the traditional spot welding connection, reducing the problems of poor electrical conductivity and poor contact of a single lamp cap.

An LED tube lamp comprises an LED module for emitting light; and a ballast interface circuit coupled to the LED module and comprising a thyristor device configured to determine whether an input external driving signal is a high frequency or high voltage signal. When the external driving signal is determined to be a high frequency or high voltage signal, the ballast interface circuit causes current conduction in the LED module for emitting light, and specifically the thyristor device is configured to conduct current upon the external driving signal being input. The ballast interface circuit further comprises a transistor, an inductor, and a resistor connected to each other; and the inductor is coupled between a terminal of the thyristor device and the LED module. Upon the thyristor device being turned on a current flowing through the inductor and the transistor maintains the conduction state of the thyristor device.

LED TUBE LAMP FIT FOR BEING SUPPLIED BY A BALLAST ACCORDING TO THE VOLTAGE LEVEL OF AN EXTERNAL DRIVING SIGNAL
20200149690 · 2020-05-14 ·

An LED tube lamp comprises an LED module for emitting light; a rectifying circuit for rectifying an input external driving signal to produce a rectified signal; and a ballast interface circuit coupled to the LED module and comprising a detection circuit configured to determine that the external driving signal is a high frequency or high voltage signal when the voltage level of the rectified signal is higher than a predefined first threshold level. The ballast interface circuit causes an open circuit for the LED module when the voltage level of the rectified signal is higher than a predefined second threshold level but lower than the predefined first threshold level. And the ballast interface circuit causes current conduction in the LED module when the voltage level of the rectified signal, as based on an external driving signal from an inductive ballast, is lower than the predefined second threshold level.
