The present invention discloses a primary light distribution structure of a directional light source comprises a lamp cup, wherein the lamp cup is provided with a lamp cap at an end; a heat conducting plate, disposed inside the lamp cup and located at a middle portion of the lamp cup, the periphery of the heat conducting plate being in interference fit with and connection with the lamp cup; a power source, disposed inside the lamp cup and located between the lamp cup and the heat conducting plate, the power source being connected to the lamp cap; a light source plate, fixed to the heat conducting plate by means of a plurality of screws, the power source being electrically connected to the light source plate; and a lens structure, covering on the light source plate. In the present invention, the primary light distribution structure is configured such that a larger beam angle is available.

A recessed downlight fixture and method for installation is provided. The recessed downlight fixture can be installed in a retrofit application, after a ceiling is installed, through a pre-existing opening in that ceiling. Alternatively, a recessed downlight fixture according to a second embodiment can be installed before a ceiling is present. In either embodiment, the light source coupled to, for example, a heat sink, can be universally moved in three degrees of movement, rotationally, along a tilt axis, or further within the ceiling to increase or decrease the recess. All such universal adjustments can take place through and below the ceiling opening during or after installation.

An LED tube lamp with overvoltage protection capability is provided. The LED tube lamp includes a lamp tube, two external connection terminals, a rectifying circuit, a filtering circuit, an LED module, and a protection circuit. The protection circuit is coupled between two input terminals of the LED module and configured to perform overvoltage protection when determining that a voltage level between the two input terminals of the LED module reaches or is higher than a predefined voltage value, wherein the protection circuit includes a diode and the predefined voltage value is in a range of about 40V to about 600V.

An LED tube lamp includes an LED lamp tube, a coupling structure, one or more end caps, one or more power supplies, and an LED light strip. The end cap is connected to an end of the LED lamp tube by the coupling structure. The power supply is in the end cap. The LED light strip including one or more LED light sources is in the LED lamp tube. The LED light sources are electrically connected to the power supply via the LED light strip. The end cap includes a tube wall and an end wall. The tube wall is coaxial with the LED lamp tube and is connected to the end of the LED lamp tube. The end wall is perpendicular to an axial direction of the tube wall and is connected to an end of the tube wall away from the LED lamp tube.

A light fixture includes a fixture housing. In some examples, an optic that includes silicone and is at least 5 inches in diameter is coupled to the fixture housing, and the light fixture is compliant with standard UL-844. In various examples, a top cap assembly is coupled to the fixture housing natively or as a retrofit kit. The top cap assembly includes a top cap and an interface ring, and allows for the light fixture to be attached to an existing top cap.

An LED tube lamp includes a glass lamp tube, two end caps, an LED light strip, a power supply, and a reflective film. At least a portion of an inner surface of the glass lamp tube is formed with a rough surface, and the roughness of the rough surface is higher than that of the outer surface. The glass lamp tube includes a main body region and two rear end regions, each of the two rear end regions coupled to a respective end of the main body region and each of the two end caps coupled to a respective rear end region. A length of the light strip is longer than the length of a main body region of the glass lamp tube. Each of the two end caps is coupled to a respective end of the glass lamp tube by a gel. The LED light strip is disposed on an inner surface of the glass lamp tube with a plurality of LED light sources mounted on the LED light strip.

An extended length or linear type light fixture having a lighting element placed on pivoting members locked into the fixture is provided. The fixture is of the typical sealed beam fixture used in outdoor or places having an environment harmful to electronics. The present invention allows the fixture to be installed, often at elevated positions, relative to the ground, or in places not easily accessible, and allows the light element to be pivoted so that even after the light fixture is installed, the light from the fixture can be pivoted to project light where more desired. As such the installation of lighting fixtures is simplified and adjustments are possible even after installation and upon the change of conditions and as needed for immediate change and restoration. The fixture provides a high grade light element with easy adjustments for use in a variety of situations that previously required removal and reinstallation of light fixtures or the use of additional fixtures at increased costs.
