A watertight LED arrangement (1) is provided that extends in a longitudinal direction (L). A strip-shaped LED board (3) is provided with a multiplicity of LEDs (2) on its upper side and at least one cable (4) is electrically connected to the LED board (3). A one-piece, elastically formed watertight sheath (6) surrounds the LED board (3) and defines a light emission wall (5) at least on its upper side opposite the LEDs (2), the sheath (6) receiving the LED board (3) in a form-fitting manner. A cavity (7) extends in the longitudinal direction (L) between the upper side of the LED board (3) and the light emission wall (5). At least a portion of a sealing element (10a) extends from the LED board (3) toward the light emission wall (5) and defines an edge of the cavity (7).

A hazardous location light source module includes a metal base carrier having a light-module support surface on its upper side and a mounting stem on its lower side. The light-module support surface supports a light-module substrate mounting one or more light-emitting devices. The mounting stem is configured for mounting the light source module to a modular hazardous location light source assembly. A wiring port extending through the mounting stem to the base carrier upper side receives electrical wiring that connects electrically to the light-emitting device(s). A main-lens support surface on the base carrier upper side supports a light-transmitting main lens that comprises chemically strengthened glass and has a maximum dimension to maximum thickness ratio of not less than approximately 40:1. The main lens is permanently secured to the base carrier by virtue of a base carrier periphery being deformed into a lip that folds over to capture the main lens.

The present disclosure discloses a housing assembly and an LED lighting fixture. The housing assembly includes a main body and a wire cover plate. The main body includes a bottom wall and a peripheral wall surrounding the bottom wall. The bottom wall and the peripheral wall are provided with a wire clamping notch, which includes a bottom wall opening, a peripheral wall opening and a notch snap-engagement portion. The bottom wall opening is located on the bottom wall, the notch snap-engagement portion is opposite to the bottom wall opening, and the peripheral wall opening is located on the peripheral wall. A stop wall is provided in the wire clamping notch. The stop wall is opposite to the peripheral wall opening and a wire clamping slot is provided on the stop wall. The wire cover plate includes a bottom wall covering portion, a wire clamping portion and a snap-engagement portion.

The secondary lens array (300) has a peripheral lip (360) and a plurality of boss portions (330a) which are compressed between the lens holder (510) and the PCBA (200) to form water-tight gaskets. The secondary lens array (300) also forms gaskets around wires connecting with terminal blocks on the PCBA (200) and effectively seals with a base plate (100) on which the PCBA (200) is mounted.
