The present disclosure relates to a light-emitting device, including: a casing provided with a light-transmitting port; a light source disposed inside the casing; and a casing cover covering the light source, wherein the casing cover is configured to be disposed in the light-transmitting port to cover the casing; wherein the casing cover includes: an outer peripheral side cover portion provided with an opening; an inner peripheral side cover portion located in the opening, wherein a light-transmitting gap is formed by spacing the inner peripheral side cover portion with the outer peripheral side cover portion; and a connecting rib configured to span the light-transmitting gap, and connect the outer peripheral side cover portion with the inner peripheral side cover portion; wherein the connecting rib is bent toward an inside of the casing to form a light-transmitting concave portion.

SMART MASKS
A smart mask includes a face covering, an attachment member, one or more sensors, and a controller. The face covering is configured to cover a face area of a wearer. The attachment member is configured to attach the face covering onto the face area of the wearer. The one or more sensors comprises an air quality sensor configured to obtain first data associated with nearby air quality or a breathing pattern sensor configured to obtain second data associated with the wearer's breathing pattern. The controller is configured to process the first data associated with nearby air quality to identify a current air quality, or process the second data obtained by the breathing pattern. In response to determining that the current air quality is worse than a predetermined threshold, or identifying a particular breathing pattern, the controller is configured to generate a notification, notifying the wearer.
Cooling Unit
A cooling unit has an internal chamber having a linear lighting source (an in-line lighting source) that has a row of light sources. The row of light sources are has at least one visible light section and at least one ultraviolet light section. The visible light sections and the ultraviolet light sections are all aligned in a single line and the visible light section and the ultraviolet light section are alternatingly placed in the line so a visible light section is adjacent to a ultraviolet light section. The visible light section has one or more visible light emitting LEDs and the ultraviolet light section has one or more ultraviolet light emitting LEDs. Each of the visible light emitting LEDs and the ultraviolet light emitting LEDs are all aligned in the line, as well as the visible light sections and the ultraviolet light sections.

A handheld flashlight is provided. The handheld flashlight includes a hollow cylinder having a first end and a second end, wherein the hollow cylinder is configured to receive therein and mount thereon a rechargeable battery; a lamp head, connected the first end of the hollow cylinder and comprising a light source; a window breaker, configured to break windows for emergency vehicular escape; a charging-discharging port, selectively connected to an external power source or an external load; a connection port, selectively connected to positive and negative terminals of a vehicle battery through external cables; and a management circuit, selectively applying power from the battery to the light source, the charging-discharging port, and the connection, and selectively charging the battery from the external power source through the charging-discharging port; wherein the handheld flashlight is of such compact size and low weight as to be suitable for single-handed portable operation by a user.
LED lighting apparatus having sterilizing function
A lighting apparatus includes a white light emitting device including a first light emitting diode and a wavelength converter including wavelength conversion substances to convert light of the first light emitting diode, and a second light emitting diode emitting light suitable for sterilizing at least one pathogenic microorganism, in which the first and second light emitting diodes emit light having a central wavelength in a range of about 300 nm to about 420 nm, and in a range of about 400 nm to about 420 nm, respectively, the lighting apparatus emits light generated in the white light emitting device and the second light emitting diode to the outside, and, in irradiance spectrum of the white light, an irradiance at the central wavelength of light emitted from the first light emitting diode is less than that at a peak wavelength of blue light emitted from a blue wavelength conversion substance.
Emergency Assistance Assembly
An emergency assistance assembly includes a housing that may be carried. A radio is coupled to the housing. The radio is in electrical communication with an extrinsic communications network. A compass is coupled to the housing to indicate Cardinal directions with respect to Earth. A pair of lighting units is provided and each of the lighting units is movably coupled to the housing. Each of the lighting units emits light in a selected direction with respect to the housing. Each of the lighting units is positioned on an associated one of the first lateral side and the second lateral side.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ULTRAVIOLET DISINFECTION
A disinfection chamber for disinfecting objects placed within an interior space of the disinfection chamber. The chamber includes a plurality of LED fixtures and one or more shelves. The LED fixtures each comprise LED ultraviolet sources and at least one LED visible light source. The ultraviolet sources are configured to emit germicidal ultraviolet light. Each of the shelves comprise a grill frame configured to support and position objects. A first shelf of the one or more shelves is positioned at or near a floor of the interior space. A first LED fixture is positioned upon the first shelf and beneath the grill frame. A second LED fixture is positioned at or near a ceiling of the interior space. The first and second LED fixtures are arranged within the interior space, such that objects placed within the interior space will be disinfected by the ultraviolet sources.

A first embodiment includes a glove with at least one elongate lighting device adapted and configured to admit light having an advantageous spectral energy distribution. Additional articles of clothing are provided herein for enhanced conspicuity, such as for emergency workers and athletes.
