DISPLAY SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
Provided is a display system for a vehicle. The display system includes a display device installed to be visually recognizable from the outside of a vehicle, and a control device configured to cause the display device to display state information of the vehicle. The control device receives a signal from a sensor that senses a distance from the vehicle to an object around the vehicle, and the control device changes display of the display device based on the distance.
COMBINED APPROACH LAMP AND LOGO LAMP
A combined approach lamp and logo lamp apparatus for use in an external rear view assembly comprising at least one aperture, the apparatus including a housing including a rear view face and a front face with the at least one aperture; a printed circuit board (PCB) mounted adjacent the rear face, the printed circuit board further including a power connector, an electronic circuit, a first light source mounted in a first location on the printed circuit board, and a second light source mounted in a second location on the printed circuit board, and a transparent lens component comprising a first lens portion and a second lens portion.
Vehicle lighting system
A lighting assembly for a vehicle is provided. The lighting assembly includes a light source fixed to a vehicle mount structure to direct light toward ground level, and a lens covering the light source, wherein the lens includes an outer surface having a sawtooth profile, wherein the sawtooth profile is oriented at an angle in the range of approximately 30 to 60 degrees, and more preferably of approximately 45 degrees relative to a longitudinal or lateral axis of the vehicle.
LIGHTING MODULE
To provide a low-cost, small-sized illumination module that reduces an anxiety of a vehicle user when an automatic entrance door is opened and closed. An illumination module (1) includes a foot illumination lamp (4) that illuminates a lower side of an automatic entrance door (51) of a vehicle (50) and a door open/close aspect notification lamp (5) that notifies a user of the vehicle (50) of an open/close aspect of the automatic entrance door (51).
Vehicle lamp assembly
A lamp assembly is provided herein. The lamp assembly includes first and second light sources operably coupled to an exterior portion of a vehicle. The first light source illuminates a front door and the second light source illuminates a rear door. A controller is configured to activate the first and second light sources to selectively illuminate the front or rear doors to indicate a predefined door of entry into the vehicle.
STEP TREAD LUMINAIRE
The specification discloses a step tread luminaire including an optic and a light source directing light into the optic. The optic is a flexible elastomer adapted to be fitted into a hole in a step tread in grommet-like fashion with an upper portion of the optic on the top of the tread and a lower portion of the optic on the bottom of the tread. The optic emits upwardly directed, decorative light from the upper portion of the optic and downwardly directed, functional light from the lower portion of the optic.
Electrical device for a vehicle running board
An electrical device for a vehicle includes a housing having an upper portion and a lower portion. An upper light source attaches to the upper portion and a light guiding element attaches to the upper portion to receive the upper light from the upper light source and direct outgoing light in a substantially uniform direction. A display attaches to the upper portion to receive the outgoing light for illumination of the display. A lower member couples with the lower portion. A lower light source attaches to the lower member. A collimator attaches to the lower member to receive incoming light from the lower light source and change directions of the incoming light to a collimated beam. A lens element attaches to the lower portion to direct the collimated beam at a target.
PUDDLE LAMP FOR VEHICLE
The puddle lamp for a vehicle includes a collimating unit for collimating light emitted from a light source unit; a logo mask having a predetermined pattern that includes a region through which the light is transmitted and a region through which the light is obstructed; an image forming unit for forming an image corresponding to the pattern by the light that passes through the logo mask from the collimating unit; and a holder in which the collimating unit and the image forming unit are assembled. The image forming unit includes a lens assembly in which a plurality of lenses are stacked and assembled, and the lens assembly includes a first lens and a second lens disposed on and coupled to the first lens via at least one fastening portion that extends from the first lens.
Illumination device
An illumination device includes a case, a lens body, an LED substrate, a stopper member, and a lead wire. The lens body is fixed in the case. An illuminating part of the lens body projects outward from the upper face opening of the case. The LED substrate is housed in the substrate housing part of the lens body, and the lower surface of the LED substrate is supported by the stopper member. The two lead wires are connected to the LED, led out of the case through insertion holes in the stopper member, and retained by one of lead wire retainers formed on the two side surfaces of the case.
Vehicle grille assembly
A vehicle grille assembly is provided herein. The grille assembly includes a panel sealingly coupled to a substrate and defining a cavity therebetween. A light source is disposed within the cavity. A diffuser is disposed between the light source and a portion of the panel.
