Lamp for vehicle
A vehicle lamp includes a light emission system; and an optical system disposed in front of the light emission system. The optical system is configured to allow light incident thereto from the light emission system to exit through a plurality of optical modules to form a predefined light irradiation pattern, and each of the plurality of optical modules includes an incident lens and an exit lens. Further, the light emission system includes a plurality of light sources; and a plurality of reflectors configured to allow a plurality of light beams respectively emitted from the plurality of light sources to be respectively directed to a plurality of regions of the optical system.
Shopping cart security system
The shopping cart security system is configured for use with a hand propelled vehicle known as a shopping cart. The shopping cart security system is a wheeled structure that allows the hand propelled vehicle to roll over a supporting surface. The shopping cart security system: a) determines the GPS coordinates of the shopping cart security system; b) compares the GPS coordinates of the shopping cart security system with a previously determined set of GPS coordinates that determine an operating perimeter for the shopping cart security system; and, c) disables the rotation of the wheeled structure that forms the shopping cart security system when the shopping cart security system is determined to be outside of the region bounded by the previously determined operating perimeter.
Light projection device and light projection device for vehicle
Provided is a light projection device and a light projection device for vehicle, and the light projection device includes: a light source having light emission portions disposed side by side in a predetermined direction; convex lenses, which focus light irradiated from the light emission portions; an optical scanner having a mirror portion that scans the light passing through the convex lenses, and a drive source swinging the mirror portion; and a projection lens disposed between the convex lenses and the mirror portion, or disposed in a position to which the light scanned from the mirror portion is projected. The convex lenses are disposed side by side in the predetermined direction at intervals so that the light transmitted through and focused by the convex lenses in a stationary state comes close.
VEHICLE LIGHTING DEVICE AND VEHICLE LAMP
Provided are a vehicle lighting device and a vehicle lamp that can maintain lighting even when an input voltage drops. The vehicle lighting device according to an embodiment includes a socket; a substrate provided on one end side of the socket; a first circuit provided on the substrate; and a second circuit provided on the substrate. The first circuit has a plurality of first light emitting elements; and a control element electrically connected to the plurality of first light emitting elements and controlling a value of a current flowing through the plurality of first light emitting elements. The second circuit has second light emitting elements the number of which is smaller than the number of the plurality of first light emitting elements; and a resistor connected in series to the second light emitting elements.
Vehicular tailgate illumination system with adjustably positioned illumination device
A tailgate illumination system includes an illumination device having (i) a tailgate bracket configured for mounting at a tailgate of a vehicle and (ii) a pivot bracket pivotally mounted at the tailgate bracket. The pivot bracket supports a light source that, when powered, emits light. With the tailgate bracket mounted at the vehicle tailgate, the pivot bracket pivots relative to the tailgate bracket responsive to gravitational force acting on the pivot bracket as the tailgate moves from a closed position to an opened position. With the tailgate bracket mounted at the vehicle tailgate, and with the tailgate in the closed position, light emitted by the light source, when powered, illuminates a ground region rearward of the vehicle. With the tailgate bracket mounted at the vehicle tailgate, and when the tailgate is in the opened position, light emitted by the light source, when powered, illuminates the ground region rearward of the vehicle.
DIGITAL MICRO-MIRROR DEVICE (DMD) SYSTEM
A digital micro-mirror device (DMD) system capable of increasing a lifespan of a digital micro-mirror. The DMD system includes an array unit that includes a plurality of digital micro-mirrors, and a DMD controller that controls the digital micro-mirror according to an image signal input from the outside, and changes a duty ratio of the digital micro-mirror according to a condition of components included in a vehicle or an environment around the vehicle.
