This disclosure relates to a louvered patio cover. The louvered patio cover may comprise a frame with support beams, louvered panels, support beam couplers, an actuator, a gutter, and/or other components. The support beams may have angled ends. The louvered panels may be rotatably coupled to the support beams. A support beam coupler may comprise first and second receivers. The first receiver may be configured to receive an angled end of a first support beam, and the second receiver may be configured to receive an angled end of a second support beam. The angled ends of the first and second support beams may face, meet, and/or abut each other when received by the first and second receivers. The actuator may be configured to rotate the louvered panels. A gutter may comprise a lighting channel configured to hold a light source for lighting an area under the louvered patio cover.

A holiday light mount device is disclosed that easily secures holiday lights to vinyl corners. The holiday light mount device comprises a body component that is configured in an angled shape that mirrors the shape of the corner it is attached to. Typically, the body component is an elongated rectangular member that measures approximately one inch in width. The body component is secured around the corner and then snapped in place via its folded-over ends which engage the edges of the corner. The wire of the lights is positioned under the body component when the device is applied, securely holding the holiday lights in place.

Holiday apparatuses and methods of manufacture of the same are described, and more particularly to a magnetically mounted holiday apparatus optimized to prevent jamming of a metallic garage door, and its associated methods of manufacture. In one embodiment, a holiday apparatus comprises a front formed of a translucent material in which a light source within a cavity illuminates the holiday apparatus. The front may be primarily formed from a single mold process in which the translucent material is manipulated in a form of the front. A back may be formed from a plastic material. The back may be attached to the front to form the cavity between the front and the back and when the front and the back are attached, an apparatus depth may be less than a door clearance to ensure the holiday apparatus does not impede movement of a garage door by contacting a top portion.

A kit for removably attaching a string of lights to a roofline, the kit comprising: first magnets of a first magnetic force; screws configured to pass through apertures of corresponding first magnets to fasten the corresponding first magnets to respective points on the roofline; metal tabs configured to magnetically couple to the first magnets; rings configured to secure respective metal tabs to the string of lights; and a pole configured to hoist the string of lights to the roofline, wherein the pole includes a second magnet on a distal position on the pole that magnetically couples to the metal tab when raising the string of lights to the roofline, wherein the second magnet has a lower magnetic force than the first magnet.

A roof-mounted emergency beacon used to alert emergency responders and observers of the location of an emergency. The beacon is activated by a smoke alarm, burglar alarm, or medical emergency alarm. Upon activation, the beacon light flashes, and the beacon extends to increase visibility. The beacon illuminates different colors to indicate different types of emergencies. Upon deactivation, the beacon lowers to return to the stowed position.

A kit for removably attaching a string of lights to a roofline, the kit comprising: first magnets of a first magnetic force; screws configured to pass through apertures of corresponding first magnets to fasten the corresponding first magnets to respective points on the roofline; metal tabs configured to magnetically couple to the first magnets; rings configured to secure respective metal tabs to the string of lights; and a pole configured to hoist the string of lights to the roofline, wherein the pole includes a second magnet on a distal position on the pole that magnetically couples to the metal tab when raising the string of lights to the roofline, wherein the second magnet has a lower magnetic force than the first magnet.

A light bulb socket interface assembly including a light bulb socket interface for connecting to the light bulb socket or socket adapter, A light bulb socket adapter which is employed with a light bulb socket which provides an external configuration for mating with the light bulb socket interface. A support adapter which selectively cooperates with the selected support to include a light bulb socket interface when the support does not have an integrated light bulb socket interface to cooperate with a socket and/or a socket adapter. A light bulb socket interface having more than one mating surface, and even a many as four mating surfaces, configured for receipt of light bulb socket or socket adapter enabling selective orientation and position of the light bulb socket.

A mounting clip mounts a set of conduit to a building. The mounting clip has aa receiving body and a first arm. The receiving body is adapted to receive the set of conduit. The first arm extends from the receiving body. The first arm includes a main body and a hooked end collectively forming a first lock for securing the mounting clip to the building.
