PILATES REFORMER EXERCISE DEVICE
A device for use with an exerciser device, such as a reformer, which permits the adjustment of a resistance system, even when connected to a resistance source, by selectively relieving the resistance force imparted on the resistance adjustment system when changing the resistance and automatically reengaging the resistance force when exercising. A strain relief is coupled to a linkage between the resistance source and the resistance adjuster. When engaged, the strain relief selectively reduces the resistance force transmitted through the linkage to the resistance adjuster to permit movement of the resistance adjuster relative to the purchase. When disengaged the strain relief permits transmission of the resistance force through the linkage to the resistance adjuster.
EXTENDABLE FITNESS BAR WITH INTERNAL RESISTANCE
An extendable fitness bar including an internal elastic member. The device includes two, hollow external bars with ends facing one another. On the interior of the two external bars is an internal bar and an elastic member that extends through the two external bars and the internal bar. The elastic member is attached to the far end of the first external bar and the second external bar. The user can grasp each external bar and separate them, exposing the interior bar and creating a longer continuous bar. This separation also causes the elastic member to stretch creating tension. The user may also twist the two bars in opposing directions (clockwise and counterclockwise) for additional stretches.
KNEE PAIN REDUCTION STRAP
A knee pain reduction strap device is described. The device is configured to be used by a user alone who is experiencing knee pain. A primary strap is configured to be placed beneath the arch of the foot while a secondary strap, disposed atop the primary strap, helps to provide additional friction, and ensure that the device remains in position. Handles disposed on ends of the primary strap facilitate manipulation of the device by the user while in a sitting position to perform stretches of the ankle, calf, shin, and knee of the user, helping to alleviate pain over time.
Flat strap pulley
A pulley in a housing designed for use with a flexible flat strap in which low friction movable guides in the pulley housing allow the flexible flat strap to enter, pass through and exit the housing through windows in the housing without the flexible flat strap jamming the pulley or being worn by contact with an edge of a housing window.
SUSPENSION TRAINING SYSTEMS WITH MACHINE LEARNING CAPABILITIES
Suspension training systems include one or more bands, and one or more handles. The handles can be coupled to the bands, and transmit user-generated forces to the bands. The systems also include a force sensor that measures the user-generated forces acting on the bands, and a computing device that acquires and displays information relating to the exercise session. The systems can generate recommendations for future exercise sessions based on the acquired information, so that exercise sessions can be tailed to the specific needs and capabilities of the user.
ARCHERY TRAINING DEVICE
Embodiments herein describe an archery training device for improving shooting accuracy. The device has a rigid body graspable by one hand, an elastic section for providing resistance, and a string coupled to the elastic section with a loop on the opposite end. The device further includes an adjustable string length and adjustable resistance to match a particular configuration of a bow for a particular sporting enthusiast or hunter.
FULL BODY EXERCISE APPARATUS
A portable exercise apparatus utilized for exercising, stretching, and training multiple muscle groups of the body of a user. The apparatus is adapted to be worn about the waist or carried as a bandolier about the user's body. The apparatus has at least one releasably closable pocket and fixation rings for securing and carrying accessories, such as attachable handles, suspension lines, and elastic bands. The apparatus and methods of use provide the user with a plurality of configurations for assisted exercise regimens and the flexibility to exercise anywhere.
WHEEL SPINNING EXERCISE SYSTEMS
A wheel spinning exercise system for providing an effective exercise and therapeutic tool useful for releasing carpal tunnel syndrome, strengthening muscles of hands, relieving arthritis, and providing relaxation to an exercise-user. A central disk having a first-aperture, a first-middle-aperture, a second-middle-aperture, and a third-aperture. The device further includes at least one first-cord which passes through the apertures.
Exercise machine accessory system
An exercise machine accessory system for facilitating exerciser rehydration during a workout and antibacterial machine wipe down. The exercise machine accessory system generally includes an exercise machine having a first end and a second end, first and second stationary exercise platforms, a movable carriage movably positioned upon a rail, a biasing member connected to the movable carriage, first and second handle assemblies connected to the frame of the exercise machine, a first bottle holder, a first antibacterial wipes dispenser and/or a first disposal receptacle connected to the first right handle assembly or the first left handle assembly.
Hand-held exercise apparatus and resistance mechanism for exercise apparatus
A hand-held exercise device comprises a frame, a handle attached to the frame, a spool element pivotally mounted to the frame, a pull-cord movable between a wound configuration in which the pull-cord is wound around the spool element and an unwound configuration in which the pull-cord is unwound from the spool element, a resistance element pivotally mounted to the frame, a transmission that couples the pull-cord to the resistance element such that pulling the pull-cord from the device causes the resistance element to rotate, and a damping means that acts to slow the rotation of the resistance element. The device provides a compact and lightweight form of exercise equipment that is easy to carry and easy to store. The device can be used with various fixtures, and also with a second handle fixed to the pull-cord, to allow the user to perform a wide range of exercises. Preferably the exercise device transmits exercise data to an external device that provides feedback and guidance to the user. A resistance mechanism for exercise apparatus allows a pull-cord to be coupled to a resistance element such that pulling the pull-cord from the mechanism causes the resistance element to rotate. A drive element is driven by a frictional force between the drive element and the pull-cord. The resistance element is coupled to the drive element by a transmission.
