DEVICE FOR REBURNING FURNACE COMBUSTION PRODUCTS
The invention relates to auxiliary equipment for reburning combustion products. The technical result is that of accelerating the ignition of fuel and improving fuel combustion in a furnace. A device for reburning combustion products in a furnace is arranged above a combustion unit inside the body of the furnace and is in the form of a hollow body with a bottom inlet hole and a top outlet hole, on the side wall of which hollow body there is formed a horizontal row of evenly distributed air holes. Rectangular protrusions are formed to the right- and left-hand sides of each hole on the inside of the body of the device, said protrusions serving to feed supplementary air, which comes in via the holes, from the outer holes of the furnace into the body of the device, providing for accelerated incineration of residual combustion products without formation of a vortex in the air flows.
Biomass Pellet Stove
A stove, using biomass pellets as fuels, includes: a stove body that includes a firebox; at least one hopper; and at least one feed tube extending between the at least one hopper and the firebox; and at least one control lever laterally disposed on the at least one feed tube; wherein, fuels within the at least one hopper enter the firebox along the at least one feed tube under gravity when the at least one control lever is in a second position.
PELLET HOPPER LINER
A pellet hopper for use in a pellet grill includes a first bottom panel, a second bottom panel, and a third bottom panel. Each bottom panel has an inner edge that partially defines a pellet evacuation opening. The first, second, and third bottom panels form respective first, second, and third nonzero angles relative to a horizontal plane. In this way, each bottom panel tilts downward toward the pellet evacuation opening.
Pellet grills
Pellet grills and associated methods of operation are disclosed. An example pellet grill includes an ignitor configured to be activated. The ignitor has a duty cycle associated with a number of activations of the ignitor. The example pellet grill further includes one or more processors configured to determine whether the duty cycle has violated a threshold. The one or more processors are further configured, in response to determining that the duty cycle has violated the threshold, to generate a notification indicating that the threshold has been violated. The one or more processors are further configured to cause the notification to be presented at a user interface of the pellet grill.
BIOMASS BURNER
A biomass burner includes a hopper, a ventilating chamber, a U-shaped fire box, a feeding cylinder including an output end, an auger, a feeding motor including a driving wheel, an ignition device, an ignition motor, a ventilation plate, a first poking device, a second poking device, a first poking motor configured to drive the first poking device, a second poking motor configured to drive the second poking device, a first fixed plate, and a second fixed plate. The hopper is disposed below the feeding cylinder. The feeding cylinder is disposed through the ventilating chamber and the output end of the feeding cylinder extends into the U-shaped fire box. The auger is disposed in the feeding cylinder and is driven by the feeding motor; one end of the auger is provided with a driven gear, and the driven gear is meshed with the driving wheel of the feeding motor.

Pellet grills
Pellet grills and associated methods of operation are disclosed. An example pellet grill includes a one or more processors configured to detect an improper shutdown of a control system of the pellet grill. The one or more processors are further configured to generate a notification in response to the control system regaining power following detection of the improper shutdown, the notification indicating that the control system was improperly shutdown. The one or more processors are further configured to cause the notification to be presented at a user interface of the pellet grill.
Pellet grills
Pellet grills and associated methods of operation are disclosed. An example pellet grill includes a main body defining a cooking chamber. The example pellet grill further includes a grease deflection bar assembly located within the main body. the grease deflection bar assembly includes a first rack removably positioned on first tabs of the main body, a second rack removably positioned on second tabs of the main body, and a grease deflection bar extending between and removably positioned on the first and second racks.
PARTICLE HEATING LANDSCAPE FURNACE
Disclosed is a particle heating landscape furnace, which includes a combustion device. The combustion device includes a vertically arranged cover pipe, a grid and a combustion assembly. The combustion assembly has a feed chamber, a flame outlet and a flame outlet opposite to the flame outlet. A feed chamber is arranged obliquely, the flame outlet and the discharge port are both connected with the feed chamber, and the cover pipe is arranged on a periphery of the flame outlet, the grid is arranged on an outer side of the discharge port.
CONTROL MECHANISM AND METHOD OF A HYBRID HEATING SYSTEM
Disclosed is an outdoor cooking appliance with a control mechanism for controlling a heating system to provide heat to a cooking chamber of the appliance within a more precise range in temperature. For example, fuel provided to a burn pot for combustion to reach a range of a target temperature of the cooking chamber. A heating element provides additional heat to bring the temperature of the cooking chamber closer to the target temperature.
