A sporting device includes a fixing structure, a wheel and an elastic assembly. The wheel is disposed on the fixing structure. The elastic assembly is disposed on the fixing structure and selectively linked with the wheel. When the wheel is unlinked with the elastic assembly, the elastic assembly would not be driven by the wheel, when the wheel is linked with the elastic assembly, the elastic assembly storages a force by driving the wheel.

A method of interpreting an activity of a person on a flexible mat of a trampoline, the method comprising: at least one processor determining a bounce instruction for the person on the flexible mat; determining a first bounce location of the person on the flexible mat; determining a second bounce location of the person on the flexible mat; determining a lead time boundary interval; responsive to determining a time of display of the bounce instruction prior to the lead time boundary interval, the at least one processor comparing the second bounce location with the bounce instruction; and responsive to determining a time of display of the bounce instruction within the lead time boundary interval, the at least one processor determining a third bounce location of the person on the flexible mat and comparing the third bounce location with the bounce instruction.

BRACE FOR PREVENTING FINGER INJURIES
20200001135 · 2020-01-02 ·

A brace for preventing injuries to annular pulley ligaments in fingers of human hands includes a proximal band dimensioned to be worn on a proximal phalanx of a finger, a distal band dimensioned to be worn on a middle phalanx, and a coupling attached to the bands. The band may be worn in position overlying an annular pulley ligament of the fingers. The coupling may bias the bands away from each other to promote retention over the annular pulley ligaments. The coupling may limit movement of bands (and thus finger) to a predetermined range of motion for avoiding tearing of the annular pulley ligament. The coupling may provide a mechanical stop limiting movement to positions in which annular pulley injuries are less likely. The coupling may be provided as a gas-pressurized struts or compressible coil springs, which may be mounted to the bands in diametrically opposed positions.

Devices and methods for exercising an ankle, foot, and/or leg

An exercise device includes a foot support portion pivotably connected to a leg support portion and having a neutral position relative to a pivot axis. The support portion is configured to rotate about the neutral pivot axis in a first direction away from the neutral position and in a second direction away from the neutral position. The second direction is opposite the first direction. The exercise device also includes a resistance mechanism configured to exert a force on the foot support portion about the pivot axis opposite to the respective first and second directions of rotation of the foot support portion about the pivot axis.
