Trampoline
A trampoline having a frame and a jumping mat formed in a single piece from woven elasticated material. The trampoline has a flat base portion lower than the periphery of the jumping mat, and an integral side portion continuous with the base portion around the entire periphery thereof and extending to the periphery of the jumping mat. The jumping mat is connected to the frame by at least two biasing connectors to be supported under tension above ground or floor. The frame may include a first circumextending support coupled to the periphery of the jumping mat by at least one biasing connector to support the periphery of the jumping mat above the ground or floor. A circumextending safety enclosure net has first and second portions extending respectively above and below the level of the first circumextending support. the second portion extending to a second circumextending support forming part of the frame.
EXERCISE DEVICE
A portable exercise device for exercising the muscles of the upper body and thighs. The device comprises a pair of elongate members having a body engaging element for receiving the thighs of the user to hold the device in a stable, fixed position, a spring portion that joins the elongate members in a generally parallel configuration, and optionally a pair of handgrips at the ends of the elongate members. Methods of using the device of the invention are also provided.
Cervical brace
A neck support apparatus (10) has a base portion (21) for positioning on the torso (18) of the user (11) and a support portion (23) extending from the base portion and having a rest (25) upon which the mandible (17)) of the user (11) can rest when the head (13) of the user is at the forwardmost tilted position. The rest (25) has two rest members (27) configured to receive the mandible (17), typically adjacent the underside of the posterior mandibles (17a) of the user (11). The support portion (23) further comprises two struts (31) which are mounted on the base portion (21) and on which the rest members (27) are mounted. The two struts (31) are adapted to be disposed angularly with respect to each other.
Triceps press exercise machine with a moving user support
An exercise machine for performing triceps press exercises, including a moving user support that supports a user in a seated position. The exercise machine includes a linkage assembly that allows the moving user support to tilt as the user performs the triceps press exercise. As the user extends his or her arms from an exercise starting position to an exercise ending position, a user support frameand thus the user's torsoreclines progressively backwards. The user's natural reaction to this reclining sensation is to bring his or her head forward, which encourages the user to plant his or her lower back firmly into a stable position against a back pad and in turn reduces the risk of injury associated with excessively arching of the lower back.

Adapted fitness equipment
An exercise apparatus includes an adjustable frame being attachable to an assistive ambulation device. The adjustable frame includes removable handles, fitting arms located on a lower portion of the adjustable frame to receive a fitness attachment, and attachment points on located on the lower portion of the adjustable frame to couple a resistance device. A jump rope trainer includes a handle; flexible tubing including a handle fastener to connect the handle to the flexible tubing; and a soft sphere shaped object. The flexible tubing includes a soft sphere shaped object fastener to connect the soft sphere shaped object to the flexible tubing.
Spring enclosed trampoline
A spring enclosure trampoline includes a trampoline bed connected across a horizontal frame member. The trampoline bed is supported by a plurality of springs. Trampoline legs support the horizontal frame member above a ground surface. A trampoline enclosure supports a trampoline enclosure net from a spring enclosure netting support. The trampoline enclosure surrounds the trampoline bed and the trampoline enclosure is supported on a trampoline pole. The spring enclosure netting support is formed as a leaf spring. The leaf spring is flexible in a horizontal direction and in a vertical direction. A leaf spring vertical dimension is greater than the leaf spring horizontal dimension. A horizontal spring constant of the leaf spring, and a vertical spring constant of the leaf spring are different.
System and methods for adjusting variable geometry, height, weight distribution dynamics in orthotic devices and equipment
An active suspension orthotic support system is disclosed. The suspension orthotic support system comprises at least one variable resistance beam extending from a heel section to a mid-arch section of the footwear, wherein rotation of the variable resistance beam from a first position to a second position causes a resistance provided by the variable resistance beam to vary between a minimum resistance to a maximum resistance.
Multifunctional muscle exerciser
Disclosed is a multifunctional muscle exerciser comprising two handles (1, 2). The two handles (1, 2) each comprise a connection end (1a, 2a) and a grip end (1b, 2b). A torsional spring (3) is connected between the connection ends (1a, 2a) of the two handles (1, 2). The torsional spring (3) is composed of stacked multichip spring steel pieces (31). The two ends of the multichip spring steel pieces (31) are respectively connected via fasteners. Preferably, both of the two handles (1, 2) are U-shaped. The connection ends (1a, 2a) of the two handles (1, 2) are coaxially arranged. The grip ends (1b, 2b) of the two handles (1, 2) are in parallel but are not on the same straight line.
