Method and system for an exercise device
An exercise device includes a flat base having a first end and an opposing second end. The base is configured to engage a flat exercise surface. The exercise device further includes a pair of opposing sidewalls extending away from the base and an arcuate upper surface extending between the first end and the second end between the pair of opposing sidewalls. A first angle is defined between the base and the upper surface proximate the first end and a second angle is defined between the base and the upper surface proximate the second end. The exercise device also includes a coccyx cutout in the upper surface proximate at least one of the first end and the second end.
Pitching training aid
The present invention relates to a pitching training aid for shadow pitching training, the pitching training aid comprising: a receiving body which includes an inner receiving space and has openings at both sides thereof, and replicates a baseball in a state where a user encompasses and holds the receiving body with his/her hand or wears the receiving body on his/her fingers through the receiving space; a locking holder which is detachably inserted and fixed in the receiving space through the opening of the receiving body, and provides a locking region where locking through-holes are formed in the longitudinal direction, so as to allow at least one finger to be fitted and locked into the locking holder in the longitudinal direction, the locking holes extending in a curved shape having a predetermined curvature; and an elongated body which has a rod shape extending a predetermined length from one side of the receiving body, and provides load and vibration while being elastically deformed and restored by rotation of a user's arm.
Ergonomic held weight unit
Hand held weight units of light weight manufactured as a solid unit, a shell unit with core insert combinations or modular units with interlocking ends. Shell units with core inserts and modular interlocking units allow for the changing of held weight by inserting or removing inserts or by locking or unlocking of modular weight unit sets creating varying held weight. The weight units are primarily used with upper body exercises during aerobic exercises in the home, outdoors, or in a gym setting such as walking or running to vary the intensity of workout during use.
Wearable and detachable exercise accessory
A highly portable exercise device utilizing resistance bands is provided. The exercise device includes two ends, each end with a gripping component and latching mechanism. The latching mechanism comprising two magnets, wherein each magnet is secured to opposing ends of the device. A user can thereby hold one end of the exercise device in one hand and secure the other end of the device in either the other hand or against a surface. The user can move his or her body to create tension in the exercise device allowing the user to perform a plurality of different exercises by applying a force to intended muscles.
Exercise device having damped oscillating foot platforms
An exercise device including two foot platforms riding on elongated rails for longitudinal motion relative thereto. The platforms are directly connected to each other by one or more elastic elements. The platforms are also connected by linear and/or rotary dampers to provide motion damping. In addition, weights and/or flywheels may be used to smooth the oscillations. When the two platforms are side-by-side, the elastic elements run in a substantially crosswise direction. A seated user may place the user's feet on the platforms and move his/her feet and lower legs back and forth in a scissoring motion to move the platforms in opposing directions along the rails. In so doing, the user overcomes the resistance of the elastic elements and dampers connecting the platforms. This provides the user with exercise and its accompanying benefits.
RESISTANCE BAND SYSTEM AND METHOD
A resistance band system is disclosed herein. The resistance band system includes a strap and a resistance band having a first-connection point at one end and a second-connection point at an opposing end. A pair of leg wraps are connected to the first-connection point and the second-connection point. A plurality of connectors can be utilized to connect the pair of leg wraps to the first-connection point and the second-connection point and connect the second-end of the strap to a middle-point along the resistance band. The resistance band system is useful for improving leg cycle training.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SENSING, GUIDING, AND/OR TRACKING PELVIC EXERCISE
Devices such as medical devices, including those for use in conducting pelvic muscle exercise, are generally provided. Embodiments herein relate generally to the medical device and consumer medical product fields, and in some embodiments, to a device for sensing, guiding, and/or tracking pelvic muscle exercise in men and women for the purpose of treating urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and other pelvic conditions.
Exerciser
An exerciser is provided with a first operating arm and a second operating arm pivotally connects with an axis. Each of the first operating arm and the second operating arm includes a first end and a second end and the second end is used to be held by an operator. In addition, one or more non-metal elastic members are selected to couple with the first end or the second end of the first operating arm and the second operating arm, thus to provide resistance for the rotation of the first operating arm and the second operating arm.
Exercise Machine Tension Device Securing System
An exercise machine tension device securing system for safely and efficiently securing selectable biasing members to an exercise machine. The exercise machine tension device securing system generally includes an exercise machine including a frame and a carriage movably positioned on the frame. A plurality of tension devices may be connected to the frame at one end; with the other end being removably connected to the carriage by a selection device. The selection device may include a plurality of slots for removably receiving one or more of the tension devices to secure the tension devices selectively to the carriage. A securing member movably connected to the selection device includes projections adapted to selectively enclose the slots so as to secure the tension devices within the slots of the selection device.
Exercise Device
An exercise device 10 comprising a weighted baton 20, an arm supporting portion 40, a handle portion 45 and an arm band connector 100. The baton 20 has a distal weighted end 25 and a proximal support end 30. The arm supporting portion 40 is disposed at the support end 30 and has securing portion 43. The handle portion 45 is adjacent to the arm supporting portion 40. The arm band connector 100 is adapted for fixed attachment to an arm 4 of a user 3 of the exercise device 10. The arm supporting portion 40 is of sufficient longitudinal extent to provide support to the forearm 4 and adjacent wrist 7 of the user 3 to resist angular movement therebetween. The securing portion 43 is disposed for connection to the arm band connector 100. The handle portion 45 is disposed for gripping by the fingers 5 and thumb 6 of the user 3. The exercise device 10 is suitable for training and in the building and/or improving general body strength and in particular upper body strength. The device 10 is particularly useful in multidisciplinary and compound training.
