Weight lifting apparatus and system
A weight lifting apparatus including a generally rectangular beam and two handles arranged near its ends. Each apparatus is designed to provide a more equal distribution of heavier weight across the length of the apparatus. Apparatuses may be connected to one another through locking mechanisms. A weight lifting system includes a series of weight lifting apparatuses of varying lengths and weights and is designed to gradually increase a minimum-to-maximum amount of weight. The series of apparatus gives the user a compact, functional weight increment (a gradual increase in weight for muscular strengthening), with comfortable management during the increase in weight, which is useful for a range of bodyweight motions; standing, sitting, bending, and/or on the ground. The weight lifting system also includes a base with handles and a series of additional beams that can be secured to the base to add incremental weights.
Weighted wearable training apparatus
A weighted wearable training apparatus has a weight shell with a front surface, a rear surface, a top, a bottom, a first side edge and a second side edge. The weight shell is adapted to cover at least a portion of a user's limb. A plurality of pockets are positioned on the rear surface of the weight shell. At least one removable weight sized to fit within one of the pockets. At least one attachment mechanism is provided for holding the weight shell to the user's limb.
Athletic tire training device and methods
An athletic tire training device includes a compressible body having a flat surfaced top, flat surfaced base, a surrounding wall extending between the top and base, and an interior wall extending between the top and base. The surrounding wall has an exterior surface with flat sides. The interior wall surrounds an open interior volume. The body has a weight of at least 20 pounds. The training device is usable in a variety of functional training exercises.
Portable modular fitness system
Aspects of the present disclosure involve an attachment system that combines a fitness mat to another fitness related accessory. The accessory attachment attaches to a fitness mat but is not limited to such attachment. The fitness accessory attachment may include an apparatus with internal weights. The fitness accessory may have detachable and adjustable handles with a removably adjustable and slidable attachment mechanism. The provided handle caps can be removed for various reasons such as using connecting pieces or adding weight to the interior of the handles. Fitness bands or any training tools available can run through the fitness accessory apparatus' core and connect to the attachment mechanism provided on the handles for training use. This system also provides compaction for travel and ease of portability.
Weighted bag
A weighted bag having an outer shell and a handle assembly. The outer shell has a plurality of panels and at least one of one of a pair of slots and a first end loop assembly and a second end loop assembly spaced apart from the first end loop assembly coupled to the plurality of panels. The handle assembly has a handle grasping member and a strapping assembly, the strapping assembly extending from the handle grasping member and interfacing with at least one of the pair of slots and the first and second end loop assemblies so as to couple the handle assembly to the outer shell.
Weight Plate
A weight plate includes a first section having an annular shape with a passage extending axially through the first section and configured to receive an elongated member therethrough, and a second section having an annular shape and positioned radially outward of the first section, where the second section includes first and second outer surfaces on opposite axial sides of the weight plate with an axial thickness defined between the first and second outer surfaces. The second section has a plurality of recesses each extending axially inward from the first and second outer surfaces at least partially through the axial thickness of the second section.
Tire flip simulator
An improved fitness/exercise apparatus using full or half tire that rotates 360 degrees about a fixed axle. A user lifts/pushes the tire, thus rotating the tire end over end, while the apparatus creates resistance to the rotation via a variety of means, such as a magnetic brake, a viscous brake, a pad and disc brake or a motor-controlled brake system.
TIRE EXERCISE SYSTEM
A tire exercise system has a tire having an interior portion covered with an inner tire cover. At least four shoulder strap attachment points are attached to the tire and configured to secure a right and left shoulder strap. At least two handles are attached to the tire and configured to accommodate human hands. At least two anchors are attached to the tire and configured to accommodate a rope system. A waist harness includes a waist belt. An anchor is attached to the waist belt. A rope system is attached to the tire and the waist harness. The rope system includes a first carabiner attached to a bungee cord, which can then be attached to the tire. A ring is attached to the bungee cord. A rope is attached to the ring. A second carabiner is attached to the rope, which can then be attached to the waist harness.
Shoe weight for athletic training
A shoe weight for athletic training including a shoe sleeve configured to rest upon the outer surface of a shoe while being worn. A U-shaped member is disposed within the shoe sleeve and designed to exert an inward force against the outer surface of the shoe being worn. A lace clip having an upper portion a lower portion, and a point of inflection is also disposed within the sleeve, such that the lower portion of the lace clip can slide in between the laces and the tongue of the shoe while the point of inflection and the upper portion hook the sleeve to the shoe. The shoe weight further includes a plurality of weights disposed within the shoe sleeve, such that the wearer of the shoe is forced to expend greater energy while walking, running, or performing any act involving movement of the foot inserted in the shoe being worn.
Decorative decal assembly for a weight plate
The decorative decal assembly (20) is configured to be secured within a recessed surface (26) of a weight plate (18) and includes an adhesive layer (36), a printable surface (44) of an adjacent ink protective printing layer (42), and one or more print decals (48) secured to the printable surface (44) and between an upper support surface (40) of the adhesive layer (36) and the ink protective layer (42). The recessed surface (26) defines a display area (56) surrounded on all sides by an expansion zone (58) extending between the display area (56) and the shoulders (30, 32) of the weight plate (18) that define the recessed surface (26) to permit limited expansion of perimeter edges (62A, 62B) of the decal assembly (20) into the expansion zone (58) without contacting the shoulders (30, 32) whenever the weight plate (18) experiences a bounce shock.
