Upper posterior development device
An upper posterior development device is shown and described. The upper posterior development device includes a frame. The frame is created by a plurality of legs. The legs may be secured to one another at a bottom end for additional support. A bench is secured to the upper end of at least one of the plurality of legs. The bench may be rotatably secured to the frame such that the angle of the bench is adjustable. In this instance the bench is secured at least one different leg of the plurality of legs via an adjustment device. A pendulum movably secured to an underside of the bench. The pendulum is configured to have weight added or removed therefrom.
Weight training equipment with adjustable handle angle
A weight training equipment includes: a base frame that sits on the ground; a chair provided on the upper portion of the base frame and on which an exercising person may sit; first and second exercise bars that are hinge-coupled to both sides of the front of the chair and formed so as to be pushed or pulled forward and backward by the exercising person; a weight part providing weight and composed of a connection bar, which is connected to one side of the first and second exercise bars, and a weight member formed on the connection bar; and a torsion angle adjusting means for adjusting the torsion angle by rotating the first and second exercise bars.
Hitting practice device
A hitting practice device allows a batter to swing the bat, make contact with the device, and then to follow-through with the swing while maintaining contact with the device. In embodiments, the hitting practice device includes a pivoting base, a post connected to the base, a pad attached at the upper portion of the post, and a stopper that prevents the base from pivoting beyond a recovery angle. In other embodiments, the base includes a base plate and stabilization plate connected by a hinge. In embodiments, a pad and dampener absorb most of the initial impact of the hit, pausing the swing for analysis. The pivoting base then allows the batter to continue, follow-through and complete the swing.
Exercise Machine with Electromagnetic Resistance Selection
An exercise machine with electromagnetic resistance selection for changing exercise resistance settings by engaging more or fewer resistance biasing members using a electromagnets. An example implementation includes a movable carriage configured to move substantially along the length of one or more rails. A plurality of resistance biasing members are removably attachable between a stationary biasing member bracket affixed to the machine structure and the movable carriage. A controller changes the resistance settings against the movable carriage by electrically attaching or detaching any preferred number of resistance biasing members between the machine structure and movable carriage.
Core swinging apparatus and method
A core exercise apparatus having a frame. The frame has a first wall, a second wall, a frame roof, and a frame floor. A first bumper is coupled to the frame roof. A second bumper is coupled to the frame roof. A first plate is coupled to the first frame wall. A second plate is coupled to the second frame wall. An elongated handle is coupled to the frame floor. A pendulum is coupled to the first plate and second plate such that the pendulum swings from the first bumper to the second bumper and from the second bumper to the first bumper.
ATTACHMENT APPARATUSES FOR SQUAT EXERCISES AND METHODS OF USING SAME
An exercise apparatus for attachment to an exercise rack or upright, comprising: a lever arm attached at a first end to the exercise rack; at least one mounting prong connected to the lever arm, wherein the at least one mounting prong is upturned; and, an attachment point located at a second end of the lever arm, opposite the first end, configured to connect the apparatus to a user.
Moveable rack mount apparatus and methods of using same
A moveable rack mount apparatus for use with an exercise rack constructed of at least one rack tube configured with at least one rack hole, comprising: a tube passage sized and shaped for slidable passage therethrough of the rack tube; a reversible locking mechanism configured to engage the at least one rack hole of the rack tube when the rack tube is in the tube passage; at least one attachment hole for securing at least one of a plurality of interchangeable exercise-related attachments to the moveable rack mount apparatus.
Aquatic exercise equipment assembly and method of use thereof
Embodiments herein are directed to an aquatic exercising assembly. The aquatic exercising assembly includes a container having a liquid retention portion. The liquid retention portion includes a bottom wall, a pair of opposing sidewalls, and a pair of opposing end walls, a pedal assembly and a paddle assembly. The pedal assembly is rotatably coupled to the one of the pair of opposing end walls. The paddle assembly is coupled to each one of the pair of opposing sidewalls. The paddle assembly is movable between a rearward position and a forward position in a longitudinal direction. The pedal assembly is rotatably moved by a lower body movement of a user and the paddle assembly is moved by an upper body movement of the user.
Weight training equipment
A weight training platform designed to have the ability to use free weights and resistance bands simultaneously, which can increase muscle strength and endurance with repetitive movements and has the advantage of being inexpensive, space conscious, and portable.
