Gas burner with silent cycling features
A gas burner assembly for a cooktop appliance is provided. The gas burner has a gas stability chamber for providing a re-ignition source to primary burner ports positioned around the burner without the noises associated with spark controlled cycled burners. The stability chamber may entrain air from above the cooktop appliance for increased stability.

The rollout switch is electrically coupled to the regulator. At least one vent is formed through the rollout shield adjacent to the rollout switch. The vent provides a path for a rollout flame to the rollout switch. The at least one vent is disposed on at least two sides of the rollout switch.
BURNER AND ASSEMBLY OF COMPACT BURNERS
A premix burner made up of an air inlet tube of length L and a single specific gas injection, the gas injection includes an upstream gas injector, a mixer, a downstream gas injection situated at a distance L3 from an upstream end of the air inlet tube and a stabilizing element, where the gas injection constitutes a one-piece mechanical assembly that ensures a self-stable elementary flame.
BURNER AND AIR SUPPLY ASSEMBLY FOR HORIZONTAL IMMERSION TUBE BOILERS
Horizontal immersion tube boilers include a plurality of burner nozzles positioned in substantial alignment with a respective plurality of boiler tubes. Fuel-air mixture directed through the burner nozzles are ignited by a pilot flame system positioned proximate to the burner nozzles within a combustion chamber. The burner nozzles and pilot flame system receive air from a secondary air manifold having inlets that provide secondary air into the combustion chamber. The flames extending from the burner nozzles are directed into the respective boiler tubes, which exchange heat from the flame into water within a boiler shell. The secondary air inlets direct air around the burner nozzles and toward the boiler tubes, creating an air blanket around each burner nozzle for reducing turbulence and guide the flames into their respective boiler tubes. An improved flame arrestor within the nozzle prevents flame back-flow when modulating to lower firing rates.
FLAME HOLE UNIT STRUCTURE OF COMBUSTION APPARATUS
A flame hole unit structure of a combustion apparatus provided with a plurality of flame holes for forming a flame comprises: a lean flame hole unit including, as a flame hole for jetting lean gas, at least one lean flame hole extending along the longitudinal direction which is a direction perpendicular to the jetting direction of the lean gas; and a rich flame hole unit including, as a flame hole for jetting rich gas, a pair of rich flame hole provided on both sides of the lean flame hole unit with respect to a width direction which is a direction perpendicular to the jetting direction and the longitudinal direction and extending along a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction. When a region, which is defined at the top end of the rich flame hole by means of first and second lines that are arbitrary imaginary lines across the rich flame hole, and by means of a pair of rich flame hole walls spaced apart along the width direction and forming a part of the rich flame hole between the first and second lines, is referred to as a reference region, then the rich flame hole includes a region which is designed such that, at the time of generating the flame by the rich gas, between arbitrary reference regions of the same size, the sum of the amounts of heat transferred to the pair of rich flame hole walls forming each reference region is substantially the same.
GAS BURNER, GAS BURNER ASSEMBLY AND DOMESTIC COOKING APPLIANCE
A gas burner for a household cooking appliance includes a burner casing including a plurality of mixture outlet openings configured to guide out, during operation of the gas burner, a mixture of combustion gas and primary air into an area surrounding the gas burner for producing a burner flame. A mixture distribution chamber evenly distributes the mixture of combustion gas and primary air to the mixture outlet openings. Fluidly connected with the mixture distribution chamber is a storage chamber for storing, during operation of the gas burner, part of the mixture of combustion gas and primary air. The storage chamber includes an ignition flame opening configured to guide out the mixture of combustion gas and primary air that is stored in the storage chamber into the surrounding area for producing an ignition flame.
Gas turbine combustor, gas turbine, control device, and control method
To provide a gas turbine combustor that can suppress a generation amount of NOx and maintain a flame holding property, while suppressing burn damage around a pilot nozzle including the pilot nozzle. A gas turbine combustor includes a pilot nozzle that can inject fuel F and cooling air A for cooling a nozzle tip, a flow regulating valve that can adjust a flow rate of cooling air to be supplied to the pilot nozzle, a detection sensor that detects a combustion state of fuel, and a control device that controls the flow regulating valve based on a detection result of the detection sensor.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR A BURNER ASSEMBLY
A burner assembly having a blower housing, a blower to supply air to the burner assembly, a blast tube having a longitudinal axis, a fuel source to supply fuel to the burner assembly, a center tube that is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis and conveys air and fuel to a center tube burner end opening, a plurality of premix tubes, each of which is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis and conveys air and fuel to a premix tube burner end opening, a diffuser that is disposed in the center tube near the center tube burner end opening, a nozzle that is disposed in the center tube substantially perpendicular to the diffuser. The center tube air and fuel mixture is fuel rich and the premix tubes air and fuel mixture is fuel lean. A method for burning the center tube air and fuel mixture and the premix tubes mixtures.
