DUMBBELL AND BARBELL SUPPORTING SYSTEM
A dumbbell and barbell supporting system includes two tables movable toward and away from each other and each having a plate, a casing and a bracket disposed on each of the plates and the bracket being movable and rotatable relative to the casing, two dumbbells disposed on the tables and each including two weight members and two weight elements disposed on the bracket and the casing, and two handlebars engageable with the weight members and the weight elements, the weigh members are movable toward each other, and the weight elements also movable toward each other, and a longitudinal bar is engageable with the weight members and the weight elements for acting as a barbell device.
KETTLEBELL
An improved kettlebell is provided. More specifically the improved kettlebell may include a frame with a holding portion and a base portion. The improved kettlebell may further include a weighted assembly including a first weighted component and a second weighted component. The weighted assembly may be coupled to the base portion of the frame through a fastener. Through the same fastener, the first weighted component may also be coupled with the second weighted component forming the weighted assembly. The weighted components may be manufactured to a variety of different weights, thus allowing users to adjust the weightlifting difficulty.
Electromechanical Exercise Machine
An electro-mechanical displacement exercise apparatus for processing a maximum force potential of an athlete, including a frame a frame including a platform, wherein a section of the platform is connected to a tower, whereby the tower houses control means for manipulating a tension supporting member connected to a force bearing member, a first pull location, whereby the first pull location is positioned on the platform and within the frame and whereby the first pull location is operatively connected with a portion of the tension supporting member, whereby a user may exert a force on the tension supporting member operatively connected to a first actuator; and wherein the first actuator is housed within the tower, and whereby the first actuator includes a motor coupled to a gearbox.
EXERCISE DUMBBELL
An exercise dumbbell that is configured to be manufactured from a sustainable material and further configured to provide alternate weight configurations. The present invention includes a support bar member that is manufactured from bamboo having a hollow passage extending therethrough. An internal support rod is present within the support bar member and extends the length thereof. Opposing ends of the internal support rod are configured to receive fasteners thereof so as to secure a first weight member and a second weight member. The first weight member and the second weight member are manufactured in a preferred embodiment from natural stones. In a preferred embodiment the first weight member and the second weight member have different weights. The first weight member and second weight member include recesses formed on the surface thereof operable to receive a portion of the ends of the support bar member.
Weight bar level attachment
A level attachment having a cylindrical tubing with a first half and a second half is capable of being removably secured about a weight lifting bar. A first embodiment employs a magnetic attachment means and second embodiment employs a clasping means. Within the first half is disposed a spirit level.

MULTI-PURPOSE FUNCTIONAL RUCK WEIGHT
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a multi-purpose functional ruck weight (FRW). The FRW includes a packing mode, a two-handed swinging mode, and a dumbbell mode. The FRW is a weight reflectively mirrored about a bisecting longitudinal axis. The weight includes a top and a bottom surface. The FRW includes a swing handle defined by a first aperture extending through the top and bottom surfaces. The weight may be carried in a rucksack against the user's body in a packing mode. The first aperture may be configured such that the first and second hand of the user, in a two-handed swinging mode, are spatially distributed and oriented along intersecting axes. The grip handle may be configured, in a dumbbell mode, such that the user's first hand is inserted through the second and third aperture to grip the grip handle at the center of the FRW.

SYSTEMS, METHODS AND DEVICES, FOR EXERCISE USING DYNAMIC FLUID MOVEMENT
This disclosure extends to systems, apparatus, and methods for exercising using dynamic fluid movement. In one embodiment, an assembly may have a central body formed as a closeable reservoir, with two opposite side handles. The handles may each include a rotatable grip member. The reservoir may be at least partially filled with a liquid. As user exercises, the assembly is moved while user maintains a grip on at least one grip member. The rotatable grips allow for movement of the central body while the grip is maintained. As the assembly is moved for an exercise, movement of the liquid in the reservoir provides an additional force. In one exemplary exercise, a user may hold the assembly by the opposite grips and walk or run while swinging the arms and rotating the torso back and forth. Where a cap is present, the central body may serve as a water bottle.
Jerk block, jerk block set up, and method of using the jerk block set up
Provided is a jerk block having a platform sized and constructed to hold a plurality of weight plates, a rig connector for removably mounting the platform to a rig support having plurality of holes, and a lock constructed to removably lock or clamp the jerk block in place using at least one of the holes on the rig support. Also provided is a jerk block assembly having two jerk blocks mounted on two rig supports, and a method of using the jerk block assembly to workout lifting weights in which the barbell is only supported on the rig by the weight plates contacting the platforms.
