Climber exercise machine
Climber exercise machine comprises a frame connected to a base through a base connection, the frame pivotable about the base connection. A right handle and a left handle are connected to respective right and left sides of the frame, the right handle moving within a first range of motion, the left handle moving within a second range of motion. A right pedal and a left pedal are connected to the respective right and left sides of the frame, the right pedal moving within a third range of motion, the left pedal moving within a forth range of motion. The right handle, the left handle, the right pedal, and the left pedal movable generally in the same plane. An angle between the frame and a plane parallel to an underside of the base is adjustable while the climber exercise machine is mounted by a user.
Chair-based workout apparatus and methods
A workout system is provided that includes a piece of furniture having at least a backrest and a seat. A chair workout machine is provided coupled to the piece of furniture. The chair workout machine includes a support frame coupled to at least one structure of the piece of furniture. At least one rotatable arm is rotatably attached to the support frame. One or more resistance elements are coupled to the at least one rotatable arm, where the resistance elements arranged to provide resistance to movement by at least one body part of a user.
Wobbly ball
The present invention relates to wobbly balls and exercise coil springs. A wobbly ball may include a non-spherical rigid, hollow ball body formed of two halves, each half comprising an upper ladle or a lower ladle which are welded together along a central seam therebetween, and defining a hollow cavity therein. A spherical inner ball is captured within the hollow cavity of the hollow ball body of the wobbly ball, so that upon movement of the wobbly ball, the inner ball rolls within the cavity, producing a wobbly, eccentric motion. The exercise coil spring may be formed of a single coiled wire, the coiled spring including a central portion where the coiled wire is coiled to a first diameter that is constant. Opposed flared ends are provided ends of the central portion where the coiled wire is progressively coiled from the first diameter to a second diameter, which is greater.
Portable hamstring stretcher/exerciser device
The embodiments herein provide a portable hamstring stretcher for stretching hamstring muscles and inner thigh muscles. The portable hamstring stretcher comprises a primary board, a secondary board (leg pieces), a plurality of hinges, a chain, a plurality of ratchet straps, a ratchet, a plurality of hinges, and a plurality of adjustable straps. A user lies down on the primary board and wraps his legs using the adjustable straps on the secondary board to exercise the hamstring muscles.
CONNECTING DEVICE OF ELASTIC EXERCISE CORD WITH STRAPS
The present invention involves a connecting device of elastic exercise cord with straps, which comprises a hollow body (12) provided by a through-made channel (13) with an upper opening (14) and a lower opening (15), wherein into the upper opening (14) arms (7,8) of a strap (3) are introduced first by its upper section (9), these arms (7,8) are passed through the channel (13) and bended over the edge of the lower opening (15) about 180° and the arms (7,8) are arranged along outer surface of the hollow body (12) up to the outer edge of the upper opening (14), wherein above the upper opening (14) the lower sections (10) of the arms (7,8) of the strap (3) are joined with upper section (9) to one joint, wherein the hollow body (12) with above mentioned arrangement of arms (7,8) is arranged in the cavity (16) of the tubing core (2) and this joint of the lower sections (10) of arms (7,8) of the strap (3) with upper sections (9) is together with the tubing core (2) provided by a collet (17) and the outer surface of the hollow body (12) together with portion of the strap (3) is wrapped.
Adjustable training apparatus
An adjustable training apparatus includes a harness that is worn over an upper torso of a person training, and two tensioning devices that are secured to the harness. Each tensioning device includes a cord that extends from the device, with an outer end of the cord being configured to be secured to a body part of the person training. A method of conducting anaerobic resistance training is further disclosed.
POSTURAL DYNAMICS EXERCISE SYSTEM
Exercise apparatuses that may be particularly useful or treating and strengthening connective tissue. For example, apparatuses that may have or be reconfigured to have multiple (e.g., three or more) configurations that are suspended from above by a ceiling or stand. The equipment facilitates the stabilization of the body according to the principle of tensegrity, so that the tension in all movements is omni-directionally coherent, thus creating omni-tensional integrity, which may be helpful in treatment and strengthening of muscular connective tissue (fasciae) in musculoskeletal dynamics, to restore, rebuild, strengthen and regain elasticity within the human fascial network. These apparatuses can support the user at an oblique body angle while the user performs various movements.
ARM CURL FITNESS APPARATUS
An arm curl fitness apparatus includes a first frame to be provided standing upright on both sides of the user in a straight bar shape; a second frame formed in a U-shape with each end coupled to the upper end of the first frame; a first rotation bar, shorter than the first frame, with one end rotatably coupled to the upper outer side of the first frame; a handle formed in a L-shape with one end rotatably coupled to the first rotation bar and the other end facing the user; a second rotation bar with one end rotatably coupled to the lower outer side of the first frame; a wire with one end connected to a point adjacent to one end of the first rotation bar; and an armrest provided on the inside of the upper part of the first frame.
STRENGTH TRAINING APPARATUS
Embodiments of a strength training apparatus and related methods are provided. In one embodiment, a strength training apparatus may include a tower, a first arm and a second arm each pivotally coupled with the tower and each being configured to be selectively positionable independent of each other at multiple angles relative to each other, a first pulley coupled to an end of the first arm, a first cable extending through the first arm and the first pulley, a second pulley coupled to an end of the second arm, a second cable extending through the second arm and the second pulley, a magnetic mechanism coupled to the first cable and the second cable and configured to provide multiple levels of resistance to a user pulling on the first cable and/or the second cable, and a control panel located on the tower.
