Pellet-fired cooking apparatus
A cooking apparatus, having a body defining an interior cooking chamber for cooking food, a pellet supply portion coupled to the body and including a hopper for storing fuel, a combustion chamber for burning the fuel and heating the cooking chamber, a feeding mechanism for supplying fuel from the hopper to the combustion chamber, and a removable collection receptacle located below the combustion chamber. The apparatus also includes an ash-shaker located between the collection receptacle and the combustion chamber, the ash-shaker including an external actuator that controls one or more moving elements located in the combustion chamber, wherein movement of the moving elements encourages unburned debris in the combustion chamber to fall into the receptacle, after which the collection receptacle can be removed and the unburned debris discarded.
Combustion machine
Disclosed is a combustion machine, including: a hopper, a drying mechanism and a combustion mechanism. The hopper is configured for storing materials and conveying the materials to the drying mechanism. The drying mechanism includes a conveying mechanism and a drying chamber, and the conveying mechanism is connected with the hopper and conveys the materials in the hopper to the drying chamber. The combustion mechanism includes a combustion chamber connected with the drying chamber via a material conveying pipeline, and a fire outlet pipe arranged in the combustion chamber and used for outputting flame. A hot air pipeline is connected between the combustion chamber and the drying chamber, and a first exhaust fan is arranged in the hot air pipeline.
WASTE-TO-ENERGY CONVERSION SYSTEM
A pyrolysis waste-to-energy conversion system has a muffle furnace housing a rotating retort drum within the furnace and having an inlet sleeve and an outlet sleeve extending through inlet and outlet ends of the muffle furnace. A rotating retort drum drive applies rotary drive to the inlet rotating retort drum sleeves and an in-feed auger is within a tube within the inlet sleeve. An out-feed auger is within a tube within the outlet sleeve and arranged to deliver char and pyrolysis syngas to a char processing system and a syngas processing system. The inlet sleeve and said outlet sleeve are arranged to provide a gas seal to prevent air ingress or syngas egress to and from the rotating retort drum. A gas cleaning system has a cracking tower arranged to retain inlet gas at an elevated temperature for a residence time, and a gas quench and scrubber system.
Portable combustion/pyrolization system with first and second air sources
A combustion/pyrolization system comprising a combustion/pyrolization chamber supported by the base frame, and a perforated grate forms a bottom surface of the combustion/pyrolization chamber and facilitates passage of char and boichar therethrough. The combustion/pyrolization chamber is open along at a top and an air manifold supplies a first source of combustion air across the top of the combustion/pyrolization chamber to form an air curtain. A char collection/transfer chamber is located below the perforated grate for collecting at least the char and boichar that passes therethrough, and a conveying mechanism transfers the char and boichar out of the combustion/pyrolization system for collection and use. An air plenum chamber cools the char collection/transfer chamber such that the supplied secondary air becomes heated, and the heated secondary air flows into the char collection/transfer chamber and through the perforated grate into the combustion/pyrolization chamber to provide secondary combustion air.
Combustion mechanism
Disclosed is a combustion mechanism including a combustion chamber, an inner container arranged in the combustion chamber, the inner container is internally provided with a first igniter, a fire outlet pipe extending from an inner cavity of the inner container to outside of the combustion chamber, an ash discharge pipe above the inner container and extending to outside of the combustion chamber. The combustion mechanism further includes a feeding pipe extending into the inner container for feeding materials into the inner container; a nozzle in the inner container for blowing air to cause accumulated ash into the ash discharge pipe, and a first suction fan being arranged in the ash discharge pipe; a gas driving mechanism connected with the nozzle for outputting jet gas to the nozzle; and an air supply mechanism outside the combustion chamber for supplying air to the inner container and the gas driving mechanism.

EXPANSION PIPE JOINT AND INCINERATION ASH TREATMENT FACILITY
An expansion pipe joint that absorbs displacement occurring at a connection portion between an upstream pipe and a downstream pipe includes an outer tube having a downstream end coupled to the downstream pipe, an inner tube that is inserted into the outer tube and has an upstream end coupled to the upstream pipe, and a closing member having elasticity that is provided between an upstream end of the outer tube and the upstream end of the inner tube so as to close a gap between them. Then, a difference between a position in an axial direction of the upstream end of the outer tube and a position in the axial direction of the upstream end of the inner tube is within a predetermined range so that a bus line of the closing member is inclined from the axial direction.
